I started to discover photo-reportage about 5 years through the work Trent Parke and decided the photojournalism path was right for me. I'm based in Sydney, Australia and shoot weddings all around Australia. Last year I was awards 2013 NSW AIPP Album of the Year.
My aim is to capture natural emotions, feelings and connections. I want personalities to be distinct from wedding to wedding and the best way to do that is to document people acting naturally.
Award Winning Photos

Awwww….she’s lost in her own world as she dances upon her solitary stage under the moon and between twinkling lights, as if in a fairy tale. This is a beautiful image of childhood play. The lighting is gorgeous.
This image touched my heart; I love the fact that the bride and groom couldn't let go of each other's hands as they greet family and friends. The image is very well-framed.
Nice moment at the recessional. Being pulled apart but remaining together.
On both sides of the aisle, traditionally, two families reach out to embrace their child or new in-law. But the grasp between bride and groom never breaks, symbolic of their devotion and commitments made as they start their own family which may cross another aisle one day. This is a great moment of warmth and connection, the quintessential concept of marriage as a joint communal vow of love and support.
Wonderful humor for a soon to be rockin' reception.
Child's arm reaching for the shoes put a great human interaction to the scene.
This is a great moment, beautifully composed with a timeless quality. The centerweighted composition with the hand interrupting makes the photograph delightful.
