I am Thomas, a wedding photographer, living in Utrecht. Work throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and actually, secretly the whole world;). Briefly about myself. I live in Leidsche Rijn / Utrecht with my dear wife Leonie; and been married for 3 years. Five years ago we removed a cat (Bouya) from the shelter. Sometimes couch decoration, other times our cat child. If I don't have a camera in my hands ... (that happens sometimes) I like to skate, I love sports; Bodypump, Grit HIIT, can be found 3 times a week in the Crossfit Box and preferably at 9:00 in the morning. We are also crazy about Netflix, what an invention. Cool series that we watch or have watched: Dexter, Breaking Bad, Orange is the new Black, Homeland, The Bridge… and you can wake me up for an animated film. Oh yes ... and for citizens .... the 2nd best invention. My favorite holiday destination is Portugal. A dream for old age is a private mountain in the Algarve. And to realize this, I started this year with a Portuguese language course. Our honeymoon was, therefore, a camper trip through the Algarve. What a cool feeling of freedom that is. [Utrecht Wedding Photographer]
My passion is wedding reportage photography. I enjoy every assignment. I love to photograph with natural daylight, which makes my reportages light and fresh. Or with less daylight my photos are a mix of light and dark. I capture the interaction between people in a casual way, resulting in authentic images and pure emotions. Things I love the most are; my son Semih, my boyfriend, nature / being outside, a positive mindset, a latte macchiato, and chocolate! My photos have been published on various wedding blogs; Burnett's Boards | The Perfect Wedding | Hochzeitswahn | Wedspiration | Whim Magazine | The Weddingblog [Noord Brabant Wedding Photographer]
I'm Leonard. Born Brabander, but actually a Zeeuw, because I grew up in Zeeland. Since 2006 I live in Utrecht. I am married to Janneke and dad of Floris and Julius. In 2013, I became a full time photographer. You can say that I've made my work from my hobby because I'm actually graduated as a neerlandic. I am convinced that, as a photographer, I can tell stories better than ever as a writer or journalist. Probably because of my love for visual arts - also my favorite subject in high school. Tell stories with images instead of words. That's right with me. I feel good at that role and so I photograph weddings. I am constantly observing and looking for stories, emotions and moments. I seek relationships, relationships between people, to the essence of who you and your guests are. In fact, I think that every series I submit should be a family history - told by a journalist photographer. It is very important to me that a bride couple feels comfortable with my presence. That's why I'm quiet and in the background. It's not about me but for you. I'm not the one who directs the day but just documents it. I'm not a photographer who asks you to postpone, or to do things again. In short, I want to be the photographer present as a nice guest (literally and figuratively ;-)), a friend, someone who knows you and gives you all the confidence to photograph the day in a fantastic way. [Utrecht Wedding Photographer]
My starting point is making documentary wedding photography. I mix between the guests and I go my way unnoticed. Fine-art photography is very important for displaying your togetherness in a beautiful setting. That is how it becomes art. Posing photos can always be made, but I do that in a spontaneous way. That way I give it a cheerful twist and it does not get too fussy. I work ground-breaking, for the ultimate. This is how my passion continues to flourish. All this gives a complete picture of your wedding day, so that it becomes a document for now and for later generations. [Noord Holland Wedding Photographer]
She has completed her studies in the piano conservatory, mathematics teacher training and artistic therapy in music. She worked as a mathematics teacher in a secondary school in Eindhoven for 11 years and in a piano practice at home. She is currently a full-time photographer and mother. Elke has learned the technique of photography for a large part from her father. Together they have photographed quite a lot over the years. By following various masterclasses and workshops, she continues to develop in the field of photography. [Noord Brabant Wedding Photographer]
My photography must exceed your expectations. I laid the foundations at the Fotovakschool, I followed courses, but the most important thing: I followed my heart. I have found the perfect balance between ambition, challenge and love in my constant search for the perfect picture. My portfolio is proof of that. I want to create something. Something deep personal. I want to make the real connection with people. Being present in the unconditional love that two people feel for each other. Capturing it, it is a homage that gives me unbridled energy. ['s-Hertogenbosch Wedding Photographer]
The next word I learned after 'mommy' and 'daddy', was probably 'aperture'. My father is a photographer you see. And I spend quite a few hours in the darkroom watching the pictures he took showing up. But it was not until I was planning a trip to New York that I took an interest in photography myself. I borrowed my fathers Pentax and asked him what exactly I should do with it, the day before leaving. Right. Not the best of my images, you can imagine ;-) So I took some photography classes, and really got the hang of it. I developed an interest in people photography and documentary wedding photography, because I really like searching for the best possible images that show what the wedding felt like, in a given situation, without interfering. FotoBelle was set up by Isabelle Hattink in 2001 after she had graduated from the Academy of Art and Design St. Joost in Breda in the Netherlands. FotoBelle consists of a team of different photographers. Isabelle is always assisted by one of her colleagues when shooting weddings. Photography has become a way of life. It is a profession in which you can continue to develop yourself. I love a photojournalist approach because I am a storyteller. This is why we do not ask you to pose for a photo, but to experience the day as though we were not there. This is how we capture your emotions. Your wedding day is a part of your life that will vividly remain in the memory through your wedding photos. As a wedding photographer, I only need two ingredients to document your wedding in a sharp and vibrant fashion: your trust and free rein. This will ensure creative images and we can capture your unique story in the most creative and natural way possible. I always take a second shooter with me for wedding reportages starting from 8 hours of photography. This has a positive effect on the quality and allows us to make more creative photos by using different angles. Besides my job, I have a gorgeous daughter, a wonderful husband, a naughty dog, and a beautiful, Japanese garden. Nature is where I feel most at home, therefore I want to go outside as much as possible. I undertake a lot of fun things with my family whenever I have an opportunity. [Rotterdam Wedding Photographer]
I’m Caroline Elenbaas live in Heijningen a small village near Rotterdam. I studied at the Fotovakschool in Rotterdam and finished it in 2008. Then I started my own photography business, it happened to come across wedding photography and this soon became a big passion. Capturing all the beautiful moments is never boring. Documentary photography gives a lot of satisfaction. I really like to catch all the special things, because later I realise it become precious moments. [Noord Brabant Wedding Photographer]
Who am I? Born in 1985 in Zwartewaal. From childhood I wanted to become a photographer. I often remember how I took my parents' camera to make the family photos myself. A lot of pictures were taken in our family. The cabinet is full of a photo album every year. Ordinary home, garden and kitchen photos as we call them. All of them wonderful memories of good luck. Often it is the very small moments that I find so valuable in photographs. Have breakfast in my parents' big bed on Sunday morning. The walk in a cold winter landscape with hot chocolate. I think that my love and passion for photos comes from there. I live with my friend Antal and 3 cats. We live in the middle of the polder, here I find a lot of peace. And can greatly enjoy all the plants and animals around me. I regularly make a walk with my camera in the area enjoying all the beauty. [Zuid Holland Wedding Photographer]
Hi, I'm Karin. Born and raised in the Netherland. Graduated the Fotovakschool in 2012 and photographing weddings since then. I absolutely love couples who want their wedding day to be filled with laughter and celebrate their wedding as they are. Spontaneous and delightful aspects of the day, as well as the personal and emotional ones, are my goal to capture. If requested and needed I'll bring a 2nd shooter for your wedding so we capture more moments to tell your story in the end. [Utrecht Wedding Photographer]
I am a professional, involved, spontaneous all-round photographer and by graduating from the Photograduate course at the Fotovakschool in Rotterdam, a graduated professional photographer where I graduated cum laude. I am proud of that because it does not happen often. Specializing in wedding and elopement photography, I have also succeeded in the field with the highest possible grades in this field. I now travel around the world to capture all those beautiful marriages in beautiful images! Because what is more beautiful than celebrating love! I have won several Wedisson awards in recent years; a nice reward for my work. Together with my team of second shooters we provide a nice memory of your day! [Rotterdam Wedding Photographer]

My name is Oliver Verheij, I was born in 1984 in Silvolde. Since 2007 I have been professionally involved with photography. I graduated as a professional photographer at the photo school in Apeldoorn. In 2018 I married Stefanie. We live with our dog Nera in Gendringen. This is a small town in the Achterhoek near Doetinchem. We like to travel together. Fortunately we have a good place to stay for our loyal dog. I am ambitious, driven and a little perfectionist. [Gelderland Wedding Photographer]
Photography and people go hand in hand for me. Meeting new people, observing them and recording that. That is what revolves around me in wedding photography. I am a storyteller and I do that with a touch of creativity. This photojournalistic style fits best with my observing and quiet character. I like to tell you your day as it is. I, therefore, ask you not to pose or pretend. Ideally, I would like you to experience your day as it is. Only then will the photos become pure and real. [Groningen Wedding Photographer]
I take pictures as long as I can remember. I was obsessed by the light of Rembrandt and the colors of Vincent Van Gogh. The old Dutch Painters were by far my favorites. Since I was not gifted with the talent of the fine brush, I decided to be a photographer. As a little girl weddings always attracted me. The magic of love, emotions and people just the way they are. Those are, for me, the most important ingredients for a wedding. No matter what dress, ring, cake of venue. I shoot weddings in the Netherlands, but if clients want me in other countries, I will do so without hesitation. I adore my husband (and second shooter) and daughter. My 'idol' of wedding photographers is Gerhard Nel. [Zuid Holland Wedding Photographer]
I'm Karen, owner & photographer of KVfoto from Groningen. I am certified at the photo academy in Amsterdam and my photos have been in many magazines and have since received a lot of awards. I am very happy with cacti, smiles, good food, fun & love. I am a social person and would like you to feel comfortable in front of the camera. I am very open and honest and I also love to make jokes and bring a nice bump of energy! I am married, have a super cute dog named Steve and a horse called Zafira. I have a lot of hobbies but I have only one big passion and that is photography. I love natural light and I am inspired by you, the environment and the moment. My clients often describe shooting with me as relaxed, relaxed, patient & relaxed and that is exactly what I have in mind so that I can photograph you just the way you are. Because you know at the end of the day I am just a girl who strives to make the most beautiful pictures that give a nice feeling whether it is joy, nostalgia, hope or gratitude. [Groningen Wedding Photographer]
When I received a photography course from my great love, I didn't know how great that gift actually was. It taught me to look, I see with different eyes and my smile is wider than any camera can be. Being part of human lives, being allowed to watch love and comfort. It's like photographing from the air, it makes you float with pride. The love for photography started with that gift, then my interest expanded to the field of wedding photography with a traineeship at Eppel Photography. Making those special photos for you is what makes me excited! [Gelderland Wedding Photographer]
My name is Gaby Ermstrang and I photograph LOVE with so much love. I am thankful I can. I started out 5 years ago. My daughter was just born and I was at home without a job. So first I started to photograph for charities. Just so I could be Gaby again and not only be momma or a wife. Then I started taking portraits of the elderly. I still do that. Love that LOVE you are getting back from those people. I started to realize, I maybe am really good at Photography. People started to call me asking how much a portrait cost. That money I invested in workshops but above all invest in what I really like to make. After spending time in workshops, searching for mentoring by Marieke Zwartscholten and Leonard Walpot I think I found my passion. LOVE and moments! [Noord Brabant Wedding Photographer]
I’m Gea de Boer, I live in Groningen. I studied at the Fotovakschool where I specialized in documentary photography. Then I started my own company. I quickly discovered that documentary wedding photography is my passion. I love to make great memories for the future. [Groningen Wedding Photographer]
We live in a small farmhouse near Maastricht Netherlands. I love wandering through the fields and the woods with our dogs, especially on rainy days. I’ve been into photography for as long as I can remember and I've attended many, many workshops by international wedding and documentary photographers all over the world. If you like you can check my personal website with my other photography work on shabbywalls.com. It's about portraits, street photography, and reportage. [Limburg-NL Wedding Photographer]
Hello, my name is Anouk Raaphorst and I am a professional wedding photographer from Westland. In 2010, after my education at the Photo Academy in Rotterdam, I quit my job in the brokerage and I started I Shoot Love Wedding Photography. My photography stands for spontaneous fresh wedding photos in a journalistic way, not staged. Fotos that really tell your story to live again and again. Creativity & unique moments are central to your day, full of love and emotion. All this, just like my photography, with an eye for detail. You get married at a location that unleashes something. All the preparations that you now enjoy fall into place during the day. One thing is certain, a day to remember. [Zuid Holland Wedding Photographer]
Hello, I am Marli Eggelaar from WeGraphy Wedding photography! I was raised in Nuenen, a village near Eindhoven. A real Brabander who loves to work hard and play hard! Since I remember I was interested in photography and catching the moment. In 2006 I made a trip to Australia together with my now husband. Just before we left I bought my very first SLR camera. My father helped me because photography runs in the family :) My husband got crazy during the Aussie trip since I was constantly dreaming away behind the camera. Playing with the shutter speed and aperture and see what would happen. The feeling I got when I made that once in a lifetime shot made me very happy. I really enjoyed being creative. Doing something different than the status quo in photography. Although I was not a pro yet I mainly focused on finding the right light and the most beautiful colors. In 2013 I decided to my first photography study. At that point, I came to the conclusion that to me wedding photography is the one thing in life that makes me utterly happy. People, emotions, stories, and especially love, beautiful! And to be able to record that and be meaningful for others in that way. This suits me. In early 2017 I started to pursue my dreams, quit my day job and fully focus on full-time on wedding photography. Now, some years later I can say wedding photography is my dayjob. Every year I participate in courses, training, and seminars to constanly develop my style and signature even further. Friends describe me as caring, creative, perfectionist, and a persevering attitude. I prefer to register rather than direct. You will not see me. I remain low profile so the couple can relax and enjoy the day. I will never intervene in the real moments of your day. I record the events when they occur. I try to have as limited as possible posed photos. Those real pure love moments are so beautiful! In addition, I am extremely patient and wait 20 minutes in one spot to make the best photo. [Noord Brabant Wedding Photographer]
I'm a so-called "What you see is what you get" kinda guy. Always enthusiastic and eager to find and experience the most beautiful things in life. Ever since I can remember I was drawing on everything I could find. Also making music and dancing was a huge part of my childhood. And even now I tend to spend my days mostly creating something. After having spent more than 10 years traveling the world as an electronic music artist, visiting the furthest corners of the world, it was a logical step that I became a photographer. Translating all these years of collected inspiration into imagery. By now I have been photographing for over another 10 years! The first period of my photographic journey I spent shooting Fashion. It now really helps me to find beauty in everything. Together with my true passion; cinema, I now have a unique style that is a combination of journalistic with the flair of fashion. My work is candid, but I always seem to find a way to make it look like it could land in a fashion magazine. My dream is to make my own feature film someday, but I doubt I will ever want to stop shooting weddings. It's the one time, the one place on earth where literally everybody is beautiful, full of emotion and there is always something happening every second. It's heaven for a photographer like me. [Amsterdam Wedding Photographer]
I believe that, your wedding photographs should show more than how beautiful you look at your wedding. They should remind you what you live and feel on that day. My mission on each wedding is; - to produce meaningful, evocative photographs that focus on the precious moments - to help your future self remember the true story of your wedding, and possibly tell it to your generations - to make you feel, when you look at the photographs, like you are there and then again With that mission in mind, I have been photographing weddings since 2006. I am usually the closest person to the couple through their wedding day, yet I manage to stay unobtrusive, leading them only when they require me to. Most of my couples seem to forget about my presence as the day unfolds, which yields to those unexpected, relaxed, "in-the-moment" images. Currently I live in Istanbul with my wife, and my son who, after all these years, helped me realize why I love photographing weddings; it is because I am creating images for my couples that they and their grandkids will not just love to look at, but will also find touching and meaningful, even after many years. [Istanbul Wedding Photographer]
Perfect is boring. I'll just deal with the real. Real is better. That's what I'm photographing for. No uncomfortable staging, just be you and I'll do the rest: Translating real-life stories into unforgettable images for you, your family and your friends. Formed as an architect my passion for photography guided me to the visual storyteller I am today. I catch unstaged moments in attracting compositions. Every moment counts so for every wedding again I'll work hard from the early mornings until your epic dance moves. [Antwerpen Wedding Photographer]
I am Mihai, professional wedding photographer since 2011. I love shooting authentic images, candid shots that capture real moments as they occur naturally throughout the day. These images are my main focus when shooting weddings. And I strongly believe they are the most important and the most relevant images from a wedding. I will never stage or alter anything during the wedding day. I also try and be as unintrusive as possible. Although I'm not “a fly on the wall” - I tend to stay in the middle of the action, working close to people with my wide angle lens. [Bucharest Wedding Photographer]
Do not worry, I do not want to bore you with it, when exactly I developed my first movie back then in the darkroom or which camera and which lens I bought when. Because for you is only important: my heart beats for photography and I am very happy to work since 2011 as a freelance photographer. I care about the people and their stories and I want to capture your big emotional moments as well as the loving little things on the edge of the action, your "outer shell" as well as your character or every day, that for you at some point in retrospect but then to a wonderful moment becomes. Pure and undisguised, timelessly beautiful and aesthetically - that's the way the pictures should refresh your memory of the moment and put a smile on your face. [Hagen Wedding Photographer]
I'm a Devon based multi-award-winning photographer shooting wherever needed for the right couple. If what I do suits you I can be there if you want me. My approach is people-centric - the wedding is all about the people, and the celebration for me. At the end of the day, my intention is to create a record for you, a description of what the day felt like from the inside. The pictures should be a reflection of who you are so that when you (or your kids in years to come) look at them you see yourself at your wedding, not some cutout couple at a generic wedding that looks like something straight out of a bridal blog. [Devon Wedding Photographer]
Andreas Pollok is an international award winning weddding photographer from Germany. He is based near Heidelberg and Frankfurt. He is documenting wedding all over Germany and Europe. He photographs the wedding day in a creative documentary style with dramatic and romantic portraits. [Baden-Wurttemberg Wedding Photographer]
The more life experience I get, the more I realise the importance of being in the moment. Playing with my children rather than observing them over my laptop; Watching a movie with my wife and just enjoying her company, the easy silence, the film and forgetting the stream of social media updates; Taking the dog out for a walk and just enjoying the walk. As they say, "waking up to smell the roses". My approach to photography is a reflection of who I am: in the moment, spontaneous, observant. I look for shards of interest in the ordinary - maybe a touch of humour, a fleck of irony, a cool reflection. I do that because I'm mindful that I'm here right now and there's always something going on - right now! My other half and I have three children and a dog. I've shot weddings all over the British Isles and USA. I'd love to hear from couples who share my passion for photographic storytelling, who use Pinterest for ideas, not rules; and who place importance in images that reflect who they really are, not what trends tell them to be. [London Wedding Photographer]
Coming from a creative family I started drawing at a very early age. Now I freeze unique moments with my camera instead of a pencil. What I love most as a wedding photographer, is to be able to capture all these emotions and moments during a wedding day. A smile, a kiss, a tear...all these little things makes me feel very privileged to be there and create all these images that will last forever. I love meeting all these new couples, there families and friends and the interactions between them. No wedding day is the same! [Antwerpen Wedding Photographer]
Photography isn’t my passion. People are. How they interact, how they feel and how they show Love. My camera is just my tool to capture their essence. I love portrait photography, but also food, lifestyle, and landscape photography. I'm most inspired by: · Beauty - I see it everywhere. · Impermanence - nothing exists for indefinitely long, that’s why I try to catch this kiss, that look, those smiles on photos, ‘forever’. · Truth. · Charm of imperfection - Yes, please! Self-driven every day, because Life is such a gift! I am living between Sardinia and Ibiza but grew up in a lovely Slovenia. If I have to choose between the sea or forest, I always go for the forest. I just came from Belgrade, where I was invited to have my solo exhibition on portraits - I completely recommend this city, it's awesome! [Sardinia Wedding Photographer]
Hi, I'm Furkan. I'm shooting weddings professionally since 2016. I studied Cinema at Atatürk University. I've been working as a photographer and director on various projects since my university years. My goal is to approach the weddings I shot with a documentary perspective and make your most special day as enjoyable as possible for you and myself. Every moment on your wedding day is very precious and I am here to record them in their most natural way. [Manisa Wedding Photographer]
I was born in 1986 in the city of Porto. I always grew up with a lot of interest in art, since my parents were art teachers. I graduated in Art and it was during college that I took a photography class. After graduating I took a professional photography course in 2011 and after that, I worked in photojournalism and commercial photography as an assistant. After working as a second photographer at weddings, in 2018 I launched Caixa de Histórias, my own photography company. [Porto Wedding Photographer]

It is quite exciting to have your wedding recorded by someone you do not know. But after a nice and relaxed conversation we knew that we made a good choice to book you. On the wedding day you were full of creative ideas, but we could be ourselves. On the day itself, we hardly noticed you, which is very nice. The photos are really great and the wedding album has become exactly as we wanted thanks to all your tips. You have arranged everything super, our expectations in terms of service and service have been exceeded.
The photos have arrived! And of course, we absolutely love them!!! You've really captured the spirit of the day and all the moments that made it special. We can't stop looking at them - there's just so much to see in every photo, and the longer we look at them, the more there is to see! The composition of some of them is just genius. We had such a fun day, and I'm just delighted that we've got these photos to remember it by - we're so lucky we found you. The presentation box and USB key are also gorgeous, such a lovely touch. I can't even imagine how much work went into the photos, we've spent hours and hours just looking at them! So a MASSIVE thank you and AMAZING work. Cat
Back in the Netherlands now after a relaxing week at the beach. I just wanted to write a short note to say thanks for the support and low-key interaction last Sunday (particularly during the preparations and family photos!) which definitely added to my enjoyment and fun for the day! Also for the tip on holding the flowers :-)
We were so happy with you as our wedding photographer last week at our wedding in Ibiza. BEAUTIFUL pictures made with a special eye and attention for people and environment. We will absolutely recommend you to our friends and people we know for their wedding photos!! One more time: THANK YOU VERY DUTCH!
We were so fortunate to have found you, you were absolutely fantastic at documenting our wedding day in exactly the style we were looking for. You were brilliant at making everything look natural, even got me to smile on camera, which is a feat in itself! Looking back at our photos you have captured the buzz and the genuine emotion in everyone, I can't help but smile every time I look at them. My friends and family were thrilled to have you with us on the day, all mentioning how lovely, unobtrusive and polite you were. You couldn't have made a better impression and it was an absolute pleasure to have you document our wedding, we truly can't recommend you highly enough! "
Natalia, You are an open and honest woman who makes beautiful pictures! You see unique opportunities and take them. I really liked that you did not want to put anything in the scene and that we actually did not notice that you were there. But that you have managed to make photos from all angles. At the times when it was necessary, you knew how to make everyone feel comfortable, for example by going crazy. Everyone is very impressed with our wedding album and often ask for your data. Which we naturally like to give.I remember especially for a moment while drawing. I saw your lens slide past when you photographed one of the guests, you made contact and said hi only. I liked it so much and funny. I love it! Thank you for making our photos!
