I've been a photographer for 20 years. I worked as a photojournalist during 15 years for a newspaper. Now I'm loving wedding photography. I love to tell a story, capture emotions and instants, joy and hapiness. [Limoges Wedding Photographer]
Chrystel is based in the South Western France. She is working mostly in this region, but there are no boundaries, so feel free to contact her. As a professional photographer, being subtle, natural and spontaneous are the key elements in order to capture all emotions such as laughs, tears, and other strong and memorable moments on your wedding day. As soon as the day starts, your photographer will be next to the bride and the groom from beginning to end. If it tickles your fancy, we will also organise family and friends portraits until the reception. Your couple pictures can be either taking on the day and/or another scheduled date. [Biarritz Wedding Photographer]
I'm French wedding photographer. I do it since 2012. I'm married and I have one daughter, they are the inspiration in my life and they push my limits to be a better person and a better photographer. If I do this job, it's to feel happiness and love...I love that. there's no best job than to be a wedding photographer [Lot-et-Garonne Wedding Photographer]
I am a British born wedding photojournalist now living in the Aquitaine region of France with my wife and young family. A professional photographer since 2002. My original passion in photography was for black and white fine art images and I do still continue to exhibit my fine art work here in France. My work then progressed to portrait photography and I was always drawn to the natural, real image of a person not posed and formal but something that really showed a persons character. My portrait style and client contacts then took me into the world of wedding photography. I just continued taking photographs as I saw the moments unfold on the wedding day. My clients liked the informal and discrete way that I photographed the weddings and the results were well received. I personally took a great deal of pleasure from those first few weddings, what better event for a photographer to capture a wealth of emotions, the spectacle, the excitement, the romance, the fun and the glamour? I love the wedding photography here in France. Every wedding is unique, individual in its character and emotions and it is immensely satisfying for me as a photographer to have the privilege to be a part of the day and to write that special story in images. It is amazing for me to think that the images I take will be there acting as a memory of a truly unique and special day for the Bride and Groom for so many years to come. France the land of love and romance. [Lot-et-Garonne Wedding Photographer]
I have been a photographer for 5 years now. Before that, I was in charge of HR in a big corporate business; photography at first was a way to let out some steam, it was a very demanding job requiring a lot of letting go. At first, I was shooting exclusively empty landscapes, with no one, no human activity, maybe because I had to be overly social in my daily job. One day I got fed up of my job, decided to devote my time to my passion and started a retraining. In the beginning, I was not attracted by social photography (wedding, portraits). But today, I can reconnect with what I liked in my HR job, help people write their own story and memories. I need it, it’s my fuel. Shooting weddings is my media to tell a story and render what I learned about people. It helps me keep faith in humanity and in feelings we too often try to hide. I also do a lot of corporate photography along with personal projects. [Pyrénées-Atlantiques Wedding Photographer]
I love stories. Great stories and everyday stories. I started photography when I was 12. A friend gave me a camera because she thought I was "able". Then I shot stories, real or written. I started my professionnal activity while I was finishing my studies in a great french Cinema School, a few years later I decided to make wedding photography and now it's my speciality. In the last 6 years, I've done about 120 weddings photo reports (20 a year). Since 2013 I'm working with another French photograph, Damien Dohmen. The four eyes photo coverage is our speciality. I love moment, and I love when I capture one. I love instant and instinct. I don't like talk about myself, my photographs are more talkative. I'm french, working in Pau, Biarritz and worldwide. I recently received a silver medal in the wedding category from the greatest french association of professionnal photographers (GNPP - Médailles de la Photographie Professionnelle Française 2014). I'm 35, married, two daughters. [Nouvelle-Aquitaine Wedding Photographer]
Why am I a photographer? Because I don't know how to sing :) In fact, it's the shortest way I've found to touch people's hearts ... Since the birth of my son in 2010, the portrait fascinates me, the beauty of a face, the harmony of a silhouette ... I marvel at the daily diversity of our bodies and our faces. A few years later, with the arrival of my daughter, this quest for aesthetics has evolved. I understood that an image was nothing without an intention, a laugh, a feeling ... This is how the family has become my greatest source of inspiration. I feel today a deep joy to give you my vision of the small daily happiness, as great moments of life! In short, I found what really matters. [La Rochelle Wedding Photographer]
I discovered photography at an early age because I was lucky that Dad was a photo enthusiast and we had, at home, a dark room, in which I loved to lose myself! The silver was my first love, then very quickly the digital with its innumerable possibilities to preserve preciously, like a treasure, your sweetest memories. I live near Bordeaux and I travel all over France and abroad to make your memories unforgettable moments ... Because my family is my source of happiness, because I'm in love with lovers and weddings, I really like to take pictures that mark your history... I used to say about myself that I am the "photographer of your emotions" and I try to capture these details that are so important, so magic on this special day. I love the art of any form, I love to travel and discovering another culture, I love people and life with a big "L"! I need to be doing something all the time and I really need to shoot weddings in order to be happy. [Gironde Wedding Photographer]
35 years old, 19 years in love with David, the man of my life. Together we designed Lina 9 years ago an adorable girl. The three of us love nature, travel, our cat and life. As a child, I wanted to be a ballet dancer; well yes with a tutu and a bun without a rebellious wick. A few years later, I realized that "little rat" was not for me (despite the passion). Rigor, discipline, and uniformity did not match my character. I am rather free, an anarchist and I like the difference. Thanks to the travels and the arrival of my daughter, photography was more and more present in our family. The device always to carry hands ready to immortalize our memories but also those of our friends. Finally testifying by the image of all these moments of everyday life, joy, love, friendship led me to social photography. (wedding report, family documentary ...) Passionate about adventure and discovery, the day of your wedding I would be for you an adventurer of strong emotions. Your life is an adventure. Let me freeze a fragment of it forever. No lies. No perfection. [Charente-Maritime Wedding Photographer]
Stéphan Amelinck has become known for his taste for reporting and the spontaneity of his shots. Reporter training, graduated in Professional Photography in Paris, he won several competitions. But, if Stephan began his career as a photographer-reporter, it is especially in wedding photography that he specialized. His photographs, filled with emotion, tenderness, and sincerity reflect his taste for movement, space and Nothing. A different look, which is off the beaten path and gives back to wedding photography all its acclaim. His photographs, presented as a report taken on the spot, leave young couples with memories and new and unique moments. [Landes Wedding Photographer]
I am a photographer since 2016, the photography is a professional reconversion, before that I worked in the automobile. A few days after buying my first SLR camera, I announced to my wife that I was going to change my life and become a photographer! This choice might seem a little crazy, but I knew deep down that it was my way, I was made for that! I worked very hard, I followed several pieces of training, I read a lot to reach the level of knowledge necessary in this job. Today, I still participate regularly in training and I like meeting and interacting with other photographers, it helps me to try to do better. Why did you choose to be a wedding photographer? Simply because this passion job is all that I love! Being able to be with you to live all these moments during your wedding day, is just exceptional! The eye in the viewfinder, ready to capture and immortalize all your emotions, my pleasure is to succeed in capturing the smallest details of your day. To offer you an authentic and timeless wedding report is my main source of motivation. [Occitanie Wedding Photographer]
I discovered photography as a little girl. It has always been a part of our life to be taken in pictures and create memories that last forever. When I was 18, my parents offered my 1st camera of my own. I tried to use it the best I could but didn't really take the time to go further. In 2009, I started to work at Sony, in marketing and discovered the world of photographers that reminded me how much I loved it. I started to ask a lot of questions and got interested in technology & techniques. In 2013, I have decided to quit everything and leave for a round the World trip. 2 years on my own, with my backpack and a camera, to encounter as many people as possible and take pictures to see if I really like it as a job. And guess what? When I came back, I have decided to take the leap and I founded my company in 2016. After not even a year doing this job, I started to shoot weddings and completely fell in love with it. All the emotions, the kind looks, the hugs, the love. I shoot 15 to 22 weddings per year. So in only 3 seasons, I have already shot 50 weddings and I can't wait for the next year to start all over again. Now you know me a little bit more: I'm a travel addict, who loves taking photos and telling beautiful stories of life through my pictures. I want to meet you, to discover you and to capture everything you feel with my camera. I’m completely addicted to smiles, happiness, close-knit families, crazy couples and people who want to enjoy life. For now, I am based in Paris but I travel everywhere for my work, in France but also Worldwide. Take me for my next adventure with you, with a great sound of your favorite music in the ears. [Paris Wedding Photographer]
As far as I can remember, I think I have always observed and photographed people. I fell in love with the creative photojournalism style in 2016, when discovering the work of Victor Lax and later by having workshops with Sebastien Roignant, Franck Boutonnet, Victor and Erika Lax. I discovered that wedding photography could be something so extraordinary for couples. I discovered my type of photography. Since then, I have worked enormously and progressed to reach an international level. For me, being a photographer means progressing every day. Every year, I add something new to my services, like the "photo-clip" of your story for 2020. I am a real passionate who loves his brides and grooms and makes it a very strong condition before any collaboration. I've been covering weddings through the south of France and Paris since the end of 2016. I'm based in Toulouse, southwest of France and ready to travel anywhere, where love will need my artistic sense. [Toulouse Wedding Photographer]
As a child, I can see myself leafing through the photo albums of my parents, my grandparents, with this recurring question: “Who’s that?” Then came: “Where was it?” “What were you doing?” … And very often the answer was vague, crowded out, for lack of time, of memory perhaps. This situation was super frustrating for the child I was, I wanted to know the story of this photo, of this moment. Later, but long before it became my job, that I didn’t even know it was a job, I documented, with my Minolta, my vacations and family reunions, the weddings of my cousins … Already as a teenager, I understood that it was more important for me to remember all these shared moments, to tell the story of these moments, more than to have a nice group photo posed. This photo says nothing. Which years after brings us only the memory of the people present that day. To see how much we have changed and by the way that fashion has damn evolved! I wanted to print the memories that I had in my memory. Like my grandmother’s smile when she saw us coming from behind the kitchen window. We were covered in mud and hungry, after a beautiful afternoon playing in the puddles. At those times, my grandmother’s smile was very different from the portraits of her that I found in her photo album. It was during this period that I started painting, to add to the portraits I painted the expressions of my memories. Finally, I studied communication. For a few years, I managed the communication department of a large community until this meeting that would change everything. That of a photographer I had hired to create the visuals for a campaign. I found in his images, his approach, everything that I had been looking for for years. Very quickly, I accompanied him on his wedding reports. It was almost a renaissance for me. I finally found my way. I discovered a job that had obsessed me all my youth, without ever having imagined that it really existed. For two years he taught me photography. The technique, no question of using the fully automatic mode of my new reflex. Understand the light. Manage the composition and wait for the moment. AND ME HERE! WEDDING, ELOPEMENT AND FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHER IN LYON Today, I have two children, 5 and 11 years old, with “this beautiful encounter” (and yes, it’s not just work that counts). I love to travel, to escape alone for a few days to discover new countries, but especially populations, their lifestyle, their customs … I hate people in such a hurry that they forget the essentials: Living. It is for this reason that I do not limit myself to Lyon to photograph you. To carry out your photo sessions and your wedding reports. You make me travel, I discover new landscapes, different lights and above all great people! [Lyon Wedding Photographer]
Wedding photographer in Paris for 5 years, I do cover pre-wedding, elopements, weddings engagements sessions in the most beautiful place of Paris such the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, the Trocadero, and Bir Hakeim Bridge. With more than 200 weddings covered, more than 500 engagement sessions, my style of photography during weddings is resolutely turned towards photo-reporting, in order to tell the story of your wedding. I make only a few photos posed (that in the photos of a group or couple for example) to privilege spontaneous moments. [Paris Wedding Photographer]
I am an English photographer originally from London and have been based in Nantes, western France for the last 15 years. I have been shooting weddings for over a decade in my own personal style: a marriage of British humour and French romance! Reportage photography is what comes naturally to me, and what I do best. I follow my visual instinct in capturing the flow of events that constitute the rhythmic journey of a wedding day. Passionate about photographing people, I seek to express the spontaneity and full force of emotion that truly define a wedding as a once in a lifetime experience. Being completely bilingual, my cultural and communication skills allow English-speaking couples, getting married in France, to feel totally at ease in front of the camera, essential for creating natural and dynamic photos. Aside from covering weddings, I have worked in the UK and France in the fields of social, documentary and travel photography and am a regular contributor to national press publications such as Capital, Le Point and Le Nouvel Observateur. I am also a teacher of photography to graphic design students. [Vertou Wedding Photographer]
Weddings are about the relationships and moments that happen between people and for a photographer they are the perfect opportunity to create a narrative from what happens throughout the day. With a background in graphic design, I love creating order within my frames from the fast moving events at a wedding, telling the story honestly and creatively. A lot of contemporary wedding photographers cite their influences from the world of documentary or street photography and I'm no different as these genres are generally about the relationships between people, so it translates well into today's wedding photography and what modern couples want. I've been shooting weddings since 2008, and I can honestly say that my enthusiasm grows each year with the challenges ahead. I'm based in London and shoot throughout the UK as well as destination weddings world wide. [London Wedding Photographer]
The creative and graphic sense of my pictures is for me a constant obsession, I play with lights, shadows, composition, speed, and colors. I do my best to deliver as many beautiful pictures as possible. Before the wedding, it is important for me to meet both of the bride and groom in order to build a bond of trust which will allow the couple to feel comfortable in front of me and my camera during the wedding day : the goal, as always is to capture natural moments of love, happiness, emotion, and complicity between the bride and groom. In love with my city (and also my wife!), I know Paris like my pocket and I love shooting love sessions, elopement weddings or engagement sessions with the couples in secret places in the "Paris des Lumières! » I am used to traveling in the countryside and also abroad if the future bride and groom need me to travel with them. I speak English, Italian, Spanish if you don't feel comfortable in French and, of course, I can travel as far as your wedding will bring you (even to the Moon and back)! [Paris Wedding Photographer]
A camera in my hands since the age of 10, my first photos will have the taste of holidays, trips and student nights (with more or less happy results). And still trips (UK, Turkey, Germany ...), faces, Paris, still more faces. The virus is there, well implanted in my head and in my heart, I train myself in photo reporting to improve the technique, and enrich myself culturally as well. I'm going to see Peru and I'm only coming back when I've been around, from Machu Picchu to coastal deserts to the Amazon. Then I spend a lot of time doing photographs of (ecological) buildings in London, Liverpool, Berlin, Hannover ... (serious work in architecture and urbanism agency with pieces of photos in it). I then succumbed to the charms of the Pays de Loire and more precisely of the Angevin region. Angers brought me balance. I enriched my photographic practice and eventually became a professional photographer. The wanderlust and the desire to discover, but with a real engine: people! You! That's what counts above all! people who trust me to capture one of the strongest moments of their lives so that I can make images that matter. Photographs that will remain the medium of your memories, your emotions for a long time. I love taking pictures! especially when you are happy and having fun. Finally, that's why I offer my services to you, brides and grooms, for 6 years and it is not ready to stop so the pleasure is great to be able to follow you during one of the most beautiful days of your life. [Angers Wedding Photographer]
