Giampiero Marcocci for Italy Wedding Photography in Abruzzo and Teramo..

I love telling people and their stories through images, especially in special moments like the wedding that I choose to photograph with an expressive style of content that I would call "wedding photojournalism" with which I try to tell the day simply by capturing the spontaneity of the event and the emotions through the most real moments and the most significant details, the real and not constructed moments, spontaneous and original, all this to make the same emotions of that day live again after some time. The photographic service provides for my presence throughout the duration of the event, but can also be customized according to your needs. The images are made by me with the help of an assistant for a better coordination of the work and a collaborator who takes care of the video shooting. Personally I take care of the composition and packaging of your wedding album that can be the photo book or the classic album with veline and both can be made with refined Fine Art inkjet prints with carbon pigment inks on cotton cards that I personally realize, or simply on classic opaque or glossy photo paper if you prefer. You can then choose from the many covers that I select and continually search for you. You can contact me for any type of photo shoot, information, advice or quotes. I would be happy to be your wedding photographer in Teramo but I could reach you anywhere, both in Italy and abroad. Giampiero Marcocci, class of 1971 has been working with photos since 1994. Wedding photography article about Client Reviews, Testimonials and Letters - The bride writes her vows in the attic of a historic victorian mansion
Imagine going to the mailbox in the morning. Out from between the utility bills and the nail salon coupons falls a smallish envelope containing a folded handwritten note. On it, it reads: Our day was truly magical because of you and your talents. Whenever we look upon our wedding photos, we are instantly transported back to the moment; laughing and crying all over again. Thank you for such a priceless gift. This is a summary of actual client letters from WPJA members’ weddings. It’s...Read more
Shaunte Dittmar, of California, is a wedding photographer for West Shore Cafe
Picture this: It's mid-summer, with temps in the low-80s, a cloudless sky, and oh-so-light gusts keeping everyone just cool enough. Maybe you're out on a bluff, overlooking the ocean, or in a fragrant, blooming garden. A scene is set for the ideal summer wedding. But—back in reality here—there's no way that six to eight months or more down the road any couple can forecast such pristine conditions for their wedding day. Despite their idealized image, summer weddings can...Read more

Creative Portraits and wedding photography | Bride & groom portrait walking in front of colorful wall outside
Portraits are part of every wedding, of course, but some photos have the ability to sear themselves into the memory, providing an unforgettable image that rises above the common convention. Wedding photojournalists shooting portraits work within an expanded set of parameters, just like their counterparts in the news world: Some direction and setup is acceptable in order to fully capture subjects in the context of who they are and what they are feeling. Yet everyone approaches wedding portraits...Read more
Wedding Photography of Parents - ceremony image showing the handover by the father of the bride to the groom
In the 1950 classic film Father of the Bride , George, played by Spenser Tracy, watches his daughter Annie, played by Elizabeth Taylor, take her wedding vows and says to himself, “I realized at that moment that I was never going to come home again and see Annie at the top of the stairs. Never going to see her again at our breakfast table in her nightgown and socks...Annie was all grown up and leaving us, and something inside began to hurt.” The scene may be fiction, but the emotion behind it is...Read more
A woman holds a little girl's hand while the bride kneels down and smiles at her before the ceremony in this wedding photo | Children photography at weddings.
The start of the great divide between the sexes can be witnessed a lot earlier in life than most believe. Girls and boys participating in weddings around the world demonstrate this time and time again. Frequently, little girls will relish the opportunity to dress up in their finest, while the boys do so begrudgingly, kicking and screaming all the way to the altar, so to speak. However, it doesn’t take long before that divide is bridged, and children are children again, with neither girls nor...Read more

Dearest Giampiero and friend, a few months later we continue to rediscover nuances in "Quel" day lived, but sometimes elusive in front of the overwhelming vivacity of certain memories. We want, even today, to express our sincere gratitude for having been able to reveal, through your shots, the intensity of those pulsations of life that will always remain fixed in the heart. You managed to make your photos not only the image of the time portrayed in the instant in which it stops, but the story of the flavors, colors, thoughts, joys and feelings of the most profound protagonists of that day become an inextinguishable companion of the our life. We are grateful to you for putting your passion at your service, even before your work, narrating in pictures our most beautiful memory, the story of our life. The wish is for a goodbye in others and future shots of life ... !!! Simply Thanks. Paolo and Valeria
