          • This image is oddly a juxtaposition of sorts. The usual regalia is in place, the standard format rolls onward, but the brides coy, perhaps even coquettish glance at the groom is set apart form the rest - a playful and enjoyable respite from the weight of both environ and ceremony.

          • Strong image with great light. Love the eye.
          • This image was the clear winner. Beautiful natural light, nice moment and gesture, but especially great is the reflected spot light on her face illuminating her eye. Love it.
          • It’s as though the groom recognizes the traditionally higher “stage” occupied by his bride as expressed through a momentary lighting highlight that makes even the fine hairs on her arms visible. He’s a handsome groom and he basks in the scattering of light striking his bride within the car. But, light alone has graced her with an ambiance that cannot be matched. I suspect, like most men I know, that he is fine with that. After all, she is his beautiful wife on this day.

              • This image has a number of compositional elements including good leading lines and a sense of chaotic symmetry...primarily the mirror, door, and framed picture. Of course there’s no denying the power of the moment as mom cleans his cheek with tissue. Let me guess... she’s wiping away lipstick from her kiss. It’s a quiet moment, a decisive moment, a tender “farewell,” for now at least. Meanwhile dad, at far left, urges his son to the ceremony. Soon he will receive another kiss from his bride. I suspect that lipstick will remain as is.
