Stephanie Keith

• Biography & Information

Stephanie loves the diversity and exciting challenges New York City has to hold. She has photographed everything from fancy Upper East Side weddings to traditional Muslim weddings in Queens. With a degree in Anthropology and Photojournalism, she has published her stories about immigration and religion in newspapers and magazines internationally. She approaches each wedding as if a cultural event capturing the nuanced relationships between people as well as the beauty of the day. Her personal work also takes her on adventures in the City. Currently, her project about Haitian Vodou ceremonies in Brooklyn will be published as a photo book by the Caribbean Studies Press.
