My love for photography started in my early teens, thanks to my parents who have always been using a reflex to document the history of my family and taught me the value of this art to capture the most important memories in people’s life.
After the degree in foreign languages I studied photography at Centro Sperimentale Televisivo in Rome and I regularly attend workshops and seminars in Italy and abroad to develop my skills in reportage and portrait and to keep myself up to date.
My interest for wedding documentary photography comes from the desire to catch long lasting memories for my clients in one of their most important days in their lives. My mission is to tell their intimate story by capturing evocative and fleeting moments through which their own personality, natural beauty and attitude will shine. I document events as they naturally occur, focusing on spontaneous emotions and details, shooting discreetly, without interfering or creating artificial poses - apart from a small set of group and portrait shots if requested.
Besides shooting weddings, I love portraits (especially family, maternity and children portraits) and on stage photography. Coming from still photography background, I learned how to focus on the climax moments and the absolute importance of light.
I am based in Basilicata and in Rome, but I shoot weddings with my husband Daniele throughout the Italian territory, for both Italian couples and international ones who pick our country for their destination wedding. We love travels, different cultures and foreign languages (I speak English, Spanish, French and German). Read More...
