Passion for God and compassion for people are two factors that compelled Shawna to create with photography. Driven by relationships she finds that where there's a connection, there's a story. Photography started as a hobby 15 years ago while living in Hawaii and developed into a career after she discovering the joy and satisfaction of documenting events in people's lives.
Shawna currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her 2 beautiful daughters. She loves to travel and document foreign country cultures. In the past year she has traveled to Honduras and Haiti to photograph orphanages, schools and the lives of those in rural areas.
