Samo Rovan is an award winning destination wedding photographer, based in Slovenia. A former photojournalist, who has been working for several Slovenian newspapers. A bachelor of Architectural Engineering, active in the fields of photography, architecture and design. Also a husband and father of two children. He was proclaimed as “Slovenian Photographer of the year 2009″ by winning the most important photographic contest in Slovenia – “Photography of the Year 2009″ by Emzin, with his “Wedding guests” series.
Samo is a story-teller renowned for his passionate, fun, fresh, direct, also emotional, sincere and warm wedding documentary style. On the other hand he enjoys hunting unusual and humorous situations in his bold way. Complex compositions are his specialty. The purpose of Samo’s photography is to capture the genuine feelings that the bride, groom and the guests experience at the wedding. He is available worldwide.
