Nicely executed photo of the bride peeking from behind a curtain. I like the limited color palette and use of negative space. Only being able to see one eye and two fingers is effective in conveying a private moment. Another anticipatory image, this is such a simple, high impact frame, it belies the difficulty of getting it.

Lovely-lit ambient photo of the bride watching events as sparklers burn around her. I am attracted to this image’s cinematic qualities. I might have cropped off a little more off the right.

An elegantly decorated bride is captured at the moment that she begins to tear up. Strong emotion. A very tight crop on her face might have made an even more compelling photo. The white surrounding her is distracting.

Great use of the surroundings to capture an ethereal, striking portrait.

This touching moment is especially strong in black & white. I like how the bride’s expression plays off the woman speaking.

One of the best bouquet throwing photographs I have ever seen. It shows the scene and the action, but also shows emotion as well. Perfectly executed. At first, the viewer doesn't see what's happening here. Then it becomes clear in this multi-layered image. The outstretched arms above and below are joined by the bouquet. Sweet. Celebratory moment, perfectly composed.

Simply delightful expression! Makes you smile with her.

Well executed, good use of lines in the curtains to pull off a fairly standard picture extremely well. Unusual, candid and humorous moment. In a contest, a judge wants to see something different, unique. This fits the bill. The image symbolizes the attention given to the bride.

This photograph is a joy to view. I love the sense of place and the connection between the older woman and the bride.

Some images are just pleasing to look at. This beautiful image is one of them. I love how the geese repeat the pattern of the breakers in the water just ahead.
