Very funny cake picture. Between the bride's tongue and the elder lady's hand, this is truly a different cake image.
This image caught a granny getting in on the cake-smearing act.
This one’s a lot of fun, the elderly woman wiping the cake away, the bride’s look, really a nice moment.
A great job of anticipation by the photographer who was able to not only capture a strong and spontaneous moment but also was quick enough to include the woman reaching around in the frame.

This image is all about the background. The kid in the background with his open mouth really makes this image. Well done.
My favorite photos had a bit of a twist or added element to them that make a good photo great. Like this one, which had a young boy mimicking the faces of the bride and groom as they ate their cake.

This photo tells a wonderful little story – the photographer got it all – the cake, the kissing couple and the colorful, celebrating boy. Terrific framing and sense of moment.

Either the top of the cake is falling off or someone is removing the top and either way it is a very unique cake moment and it is all enhanced by the expression on the face of the bride.
Great moment caught right as the cake was toppling - the brides face is great.

Good job catching the connection between what’s going on inside with who’s outside, good timing too.
The photographer has captured such a spontaneous and unexpected moment. The window light is very nice, and the inclusion of the outsiders is critical, but it is the expression on the bride’s face and her body language – as well as the groom’s reaching hand – that really make this an outstanding photo. And, the cake is right there in front for context.

Nice job getting the unexpected moment, and the reaction on the groom’s face.
The photographer was ready for this playful moment and did a great job of filling the frame with husband and wife.

The cake clearly ended up in an humorous location. Very funny moment captured very well.

A very interesting angle in juxtaposition with the two kids makes this another really well done cake image.
The tilted composition works here, and the expression’s great on the kids as they watch the first cut. Well done.

A detail shot - it very nicely spoke to the kind of people getting married. A fireman perhaps?

Somewhat typical face-plant, but was very well executed.
