"Our services includes unique event lighting, a creative culinary team, custom designed menus, and state of the art event design to leave your guest talking about your event for years to come. As soon as you enter the Grand Lobby with its beautiful crystal chandelier and marble floors you will be captured by the comfort and elegance our venue.

  • Choice of colors in poly linens and cloth napkins {upgrades also available} for all guest tables, sign-in, gift, cake, and bridal/sweetheart, and vendor tables. All linens go to the floor and linen napkins are folded and placed
  • Onsite parking [for all event sizes] or free valet for parties of 175+
  • Complimentary ceiling lighting in our ballroom and atrium in many colors
  • Vintage bars for those purchasing bar packages or cash bar options
  • Easels (3), Table Numbers {up to 15}, Mr./Mrs. Signage
  • Forty-five-minute rehearsal the night before [if no other event booked]
  • Bride/Groom suites all day of your event (you are responsible for items kept in it]
  • Set up, flipping of the rooms, tear down and clean up of your event by our staff
  • All tables, Chivari chairs with ivory cushions, china, and tableware
  • Day of decorating time to place centerpieces, favors, and personal items
  • Vendors can access the venue after 9 am the day of your event
  • Linen trial and Interim planning meeting 90-days out from your wedding
  • Final wrap up meeting 14 days out from your wedding
  • Private restrooms for your guests at your event
  • All day venue accessibility; 5-hour actual event time; extra event hours $500 per
