San Antonio Documentary Wedding Photographer
Capturing Real Moments Across San Antonio and all of Texas
I have been a wedding photographer for fifteen years. It has been an incredible career, and I am grateful every day that I get to do this. There are several benefits to stopping time so that people can relive their most treasured moments with the people they care about the most.
Every wedding I’ve photographed has been an incredible experience. I have seen some of the greatest dancing moves, laughed at some amazing speeches, and cried throughout numerous ceremonies. I enjoy getting to know my couples personally so that on the wedding day, I can truly be a part of it and capture the genuineness of their wedding.
Outside of weddings and photography, I’m a happily married man with two spirited dogs who keep life interesting (and occasionally chaotic). I’ve lived in San Antonio since I was 18, and I’ve fallen in love with its charm, culture, and history — it’s truly home. That said, I also have a deep passion for traveling. Experiencing new places, cultures, and people has shaped not just who I am, but how I see the world through my lens.
When I’m not editing or shooting, you’ll find me gaming, exploring nature, or diving into a good book — I’m a huge fan of fantasy fiction, especially anything by Brandon Sanderson. I also geek out over Star Wars, Harry Potter, and Game of Thrones (yes, even the last season… kind of). Storytelling runs deep in everything I do — whether it’s in a novel or a wedding gallery.
My photography is inspired by emotion, atmosphere, and beautiful light. I’m drawn to genuine moments and real connections, and I carry my camera everywhere because I love capturing life’s beauty — whether it’s a quiet exchange between two people in love, or the way sunlight filters through the trees on a walk with my dogs.
If you’re looking for a documentary wedding photographer who values your memories as much as you do, you’re in the right place. I love working with couples who live in the moment, who are wildly in love, and who want their wedding to reflect their personalities — not a checklist.
Though I travel all over Texas (and beyond!) for weddings, San Antonio is where my heart and home are. This journey you’re starting is such a special one, and I consider it an honor to be part of it. I’m not just your photographer — many of my couples become friends long after the final gallery is delivered.
