West Midlands Wedding Photographer: Fine Art, Honest Storytelling

I’ve always been fascinated by the way a single frame can hold so much emotion, and that curiosity is what first pulled me into photography. Over the years, my style has been shaped by both fine-art training—I hold a Master’s degree in Fine Art—and by the influence of documentary and reportage photographers whose work celebrates truth over staging. That balance between creativity and honesty has become the foundation of how I approach weddings: quietly, unobtrusively, and always with a focus on genuine connection.

I see light, compose frames, and tell stories. Creativity runs in my family, and that artistic thread has always shaped the way I see the world through a lens. Alongside my wedding work, my images have also been shown in gallery exhibitions (The Herbert in Coventry and in Wolverhampton Art Gallery), something that reminds me of photography’s ability to live both as personal memory and as art.

At heart, my ethos is simple: to create photographs that are authentic, timeless, and deeply personal. Whether in a grand cathedral, a registry office, or a back garden, my goal is always the same—to capture the real atmosphere of the day and the moments that matter most.
