Hello,

I'm Simon and I've been photographing weddings for over a decade now - usually photographing between 20-30 a year.

We were given a camera as a wedding present. (On our own wedding day photography was really important. We really loved the work of Jeff Ascough - sadly unavailable! - and had our wedding covered by photojournalists.) From there on I photographed our adventures, our children growing up and realised I had a talent for capturing moments.

I am interested in storytelling, leaving the rough edges in, and capturing the moment and feeling above all else.

I absolutely love street photography and photojournalism - big influences are Alex Webb, Trent Parke, and Josef Koudelka.

I also like to do documentary and reportage work with families.
