Hi! I am Jeremie, storytelling, traveling wedding photographer and videographer based in France. Former aerospace engineer, Europe, and Canada/US-educated, work & photography have taken me to 15+ countries on 5 continents over the years, but the emotion is a universal language. I love documenting weddings and elopements in a photojournalistic and authentic way, unnoticed, capturing emotion and in-between moments that make the best memories of this day. I am a photographer because I can put order into my world this way and give it a meaning. When everything comes in its right place in my viewfinder, nothing is more satisfying! I am passionate, perfectionist, independent, workaholic. As far as I can remember, I have always been looking for an artistic way to express myself. Some years ago, when I got my first camera, I immediately knew it was it! A revelation and immediate passion quickly focused to portrait and social pictures. This is the reason for my interest in weddings. There is no better better occasion to catch these short moments full of life, full of emotion, while playing with light and dealing with all unexpected events. My feminine sensitivity and my discretion are some of my assets to let couples live again - if not discover - their wedding. Through spontaneous images that will be full of life, of poetry and, sometimes, of humour. I shoot about twenty weddings each year, and I've been shooting weddings for six years. [Nantes Wedding Photographer]
I am an English photographer originally from London and have been based in Nantes, western France for the last 15 years. I have been shooting weddings for over a decade in my own personal style: a marriage of British humour and French romance! Reportage photography is what comes naturally to me, and what I do best. I follow my visual instinct in capturing the flow of events that constitute the rhythmic journey of a wedding day. Passionate about photographing people, I seek to express the spontaneity and full force of emotion that truly define a wedding as a once in a lifetime experience. Being completely bilingual, my cultural and communication skills allow English-speaking couples, getting married in France, to feel totally at ease in front of the camera, essential for creating natural and dynamic photos. Aside from covering weddings, I have worked in the UK and France in the fields of social, documentary and travel photography and am a regular contributor to national press publications such as Capital, Le Point and Le Nouvel Observateur. I am also a teacher of photography to graphic design students. [Vertou Wedding Photographer]
I grew up in Lyon, I studied in Paris, I worked in London ... And now I live here: in Maine-et-Loire, on the edge of the Loire Atlantique, between a large river and a small river, between fields and vineyards, a land of adoption that feeds my eyes with incredible lights and mysterious mists. Before becoming a photographer, I was a cabinetmaker. But splinters and sanding hours got the better of my patience ... and then I wanted to get out of the studio, discover the world and people. For that, a camera is an extraordinary tool! When I do not photograph weddings, I do family reports, portraits of adults, children, toddlers, landscapes, bodies ... I practice and I photograph dance. The movement fascinates me. [Loire-Atlantique Wedding Photographer]
Born in Saint-Nazaire in 1988, I grew up in Alsace, traveled to France, and some exotic regions, then returned to settle in Strasbourg as a photographer. From a very young age I hid in me a sensibility on the surface, and photography was for a long time a means of exchange with my environment. This sensitivity that I saw younger as a social obstacle, it is today my strength. Capturing the moment, the subtlety of light effects, a gaze that speaks more than words ... Making photography my job was quickly obvious. I love this job because it leads me to capture moments of joy, emotions, life in its purest form. I love it even more when the image on which the gaze is posed is enough to awaken the essence of the moment. [Strasbourg Wedding Photographer]
My name is Hong-Phuc, but call me HP. It's much easier to remember, but also to pronounce. Especially since it sounds pretty good, while recalling a famous brand of computers that I will not mention the name, Harry Potter or HP sauce. I'm a photographer, and I like martial arts and table tennis. A little cliche, you say. I'm French Wedding photographer in Brittany based Côtes-d'Armor area and close to Saint Brieuc. All the most moving moments that life can offer are my inspiration and make me vibrate. So I chose to share with you the happiness, simply. Listen, discover, exchange ... and sit on a bench to contemplate people, life landscapes. Most often with my camera in hand, and sometimes without. I like to enjoy the moment, the spontaneity of expressions, the magic of a gesture or a look. And beyond photography, I also like to share these moments with you. Emotion - natural - spontaneous wedding photographer For that, I opted for a natural, spontaneous and lively photographic style that suits me as a person and a wedding photographer. The captured photos are always taken on the spot with spontaneity and sensitivity. Every detail is important, and some tend to make the day of your wedding or your photo shoot absolutely unique. [Cotes-d'Armor Wedding Photographer]
Why am I a photographer? Because I don't know how to sing :) In fact, it's the shortest way I've found to touch people's hearts ... Since the birth of my son in 2010, the portrait fascinates me, the beauty of a face, the harmony of a silhouette ... I marvel at the daily diversity of our bodies and our faces. A few years later, with the arrival of my daughter, this quest for aesthetics has evolved. I understood that an image was nothing without an intention, a laugh, a feeling ... This is how the family has become my greatest source of inspiration. I feel today a deep joy to give you my vision of the small daily happiness, as great moments of life! In short, I found what really matters. [La Rochelle Wedding Photographer]
A few years back, I was already an established landscape photographer when my cousin asked me to photograph her wedding. When I do things, I'm 100% committed. My first move was to read tons of articles about wedding photography and to go through hundreds of images to get a grasp of what to do and what not to do. I was highly influenced by the great Tyler Wirken and his journalistic approach. On top of learning a few tricks from his blog, I also bought the right gear, a 35mm prime lense. The smile on my cousin's face when she saw her photos was so rewarding that I decided to shoot more weddings and soon after it became a full-time job. Over the years, I have developed my ability to be at the right place at the right time, by anticipating every moment of a wedding. This helps me to capture all the emotions going on on the big day. Shooting weddings has had a great influence on my approach to photography and my personal life. I now apply the same principles when I take pictures of my own baby-girls: my wife is so grateful to have souvenirs of these candid family moments. This is why I take so much pride in documenting weddings, because I know how important these moments are for the bride and groom. [Luxembourg Wedding Photographer]
