Indra Simons - iSi weddings - Dutch wedding photographer

The next word I learned after 'mommy' and 'daddy', was probably 'aperture'. My father is a photographer you see. And I spend quite a few hours in the darkroom watching the pictures he took showing up. But it was not until I was planning a trip to New York that I took an interest in photography myself. I borrowed my fathers Pentax and asked him what exactly I should do with it, the day before leaving. Right. Not the best of my images, you can imagine ;-) So I took some photography classes, and really got the hang of it. I developed an interest in people photography and documentary wedding photography, because I really like searching for the best possible images that show what the wedding felt like, in a given situation, without interfering. Netherlands and Overijssel Wedding Photography by Jola Mulder

Together with my husband, our two children, horses and dogs I live in beautiful Twente! I love people, walking, a good book by the fireplace and my heart beat faster! In 2011 I completed my education at the Fotovakschool. I still follow workshops and seminars because I believe you have never been taught and in this way I give you the best of myself. With two more photographers / videographers in the family, it is often a camera that hits the clock here. With a film-shooting and photographing son, and a vlogging daughter, you can imagine what that looks like when we travel together, or what the conversations are often about. I am very proud that I can often work together with my son as a videographer and, if necessary, I can outsource some work behind the scenes to my daughter. My husband is good at accounting then;). One of the nicest things I do is to register a marriage. All that love, the special moments, the joy with a smile and a tear, I love it! I will translate your day into atmospheric photographs, special compositions and beautiful details in a relaxed atmosphere. In short, a beautiful image report of your special day! Gelderland wedding photography by Marlous Nijholt of the Netherlands

32 years old, Mama of two sweet, handsome little girls (Fenna 6 and Lotte 3), living together with Jilles (18 years together!), Born and raised in Voorthuizen, worked for years as a beautician, huge love-hate relationship with chocolate, likes to drink wines and can enjoy trees that turn green again & the herb on the road ... My love for photography has not always been there, it really has developed in recent years and has just become a fantastic part of my life. In addition to various workshops in the field of newborn and family photography, among other things, I also attended a mentor year with a fantastic, experienced wedding photographer. I have learned a lot from this and it has made me grow enormously in all areas. From hobby creative to "serious business", and now also with my own studio in Voorthuizen! I love to capture the interaction between people and when there is a beautiful sunset it tickles on all sides to run outside and use the fantastic light! [Gelderland Wedding Photographer]

Wedding Photographer captures quite moment as the bridesmaid looks timidly out before entering the scene
Weddings can be chaotic, noisy affairs where emotions are displayed publicly, so one of your biggest challenges that day can be capturing that quiet, intimate side. Trust, anticipation, skilled observation, savvy lens selection and a host of other judgments make it possible to bag those poignant moments in images that recall the day for those in attendance, and reveal a story for those who were not. It is all part of the unique value proposition that our members bring to wedding photojournalism.Read more
Photo of the Bride & Groom with the guests caught in the rain running for cover.
You will be told some traditions — Hindu, Maltese — consider rain a good omen on a wedding day. You will be told a wet knot is harder to untie. You may — correctly — think that if the two of you can face the day's elements with aplomb and grace, you're more likely to face life's challenges with strength and flexibility. The truth is, you can plan for the possibility of rain on your wedding day . (If it's an outdoor wedding and depending on the climate, in...Read more
