This people-less setting feels more like a detail but the light is gorgeous and it really conveys the architectural stye of the ceremony.
The lighting splinters and spills across this beautiful scene as naturally as the sounds wind makes creaking and sighing lazily through cracks in a weathered barn. The kind of succulence formed by light in this composition creates an ambience that goes beyond mere surface. It's strength is the mood and feel it handily provides.
Simply beautiful. The angle is perfect with the military men lined up, and I get a peek of the man’s face telling the girl to be quiet. The light falling on the little girl is perfect and highlights her, yet upon further glance you seem the light on the scolding fingers also has a touch of light. Beautiful.
The symmetrical, formal lineup of the men in uniform is broken by the fluffy white dress, and the lone dad in the middle, with a pointed finger, telling his little girl to settle down. It's a wonderful captured moment of the kind of things you see at weddings and pretty much anywhere else where decorum is demanded.
This is a gracefully haunting image, with its one lone standout detail - the red tip of the bride's shoe coming down the staircase. The lighting is spot on, and the composition and choice of angle is creative. A truly wonderful image.
