Aidan Dockery, wedding photographer in Bangkok Thailand

South East Asia is where I call home, having lived in Thailand & Vietnam for 15 years years. Currently based in Bangkok, destination weddings take me all over Southeast Asia. With a love for photography & traveling, meeting people & celebrations, destination weddings was a natural choice. My style of wedding photography is best described as creative reportage with contemporary portraiture. I like to remain inconspicuous as I wait in anticipation for the events to unfold; ensuring that the images captured remain realistic and natural looking. I have a degree in Photography and have covered live music concerts, major sporting events, luxury hotels and documented for charities and NGO's. During my time as a wedding photographer, I have been very fortunate to photograph weddings for a TV presenter, a Miss Universe model, a Prime Minister's Daughter and perhaps the biggest compliment of all, another wedding photographers wedding! London documentary wedding photographer - Chaiyasith Junjuerdee, of England

I fell in love with the moments I saw through my lens…this is the reason that makes me become a visual storyteller. Back to the very first step, my shooting journey has begun with techniques and shooting tips like everyone who loves taking photos. Practices…trainings…lessons…are my daily life since I was a student of architecture and design. My shooting passion also drove me to live and learn in London which gives me opportunities to explore the perspective of my lens. Step by step throughout the journey in London, I got a chance to work with the leading professional photographer of wedding photojournalist of the UK. My chance also wide opened for the fashion shoot. It’s come with opportunities which let me explore more on the photography road map to work with leading magazines and do advertising photoshoot for the famous brands in various industries. During the time, I also had chances to do portrait photography for individuals, couples, families, friends. I’ve learned a lot more about how to capture the very touchy-feely moments from portrait shooting. I am still learning from every shot that I take to continue my visual storytelling journey. For me, all chances were not just a chance, they were significant experiences that have made me believe that a photographer is an engaged storyteller who has a trained, creative, and talented eye to see a photographic opportunity and make a decision for the moment. With the strong feeling and belief that every moment is precious and perfect in itself, I wish I will put myself more engaged in demonstrating the moments like creating genuine art…to tell the story from time to time Today, it’s more than 10 years of shooting experience, there is ONE THING that I’ve found. This ONE THING has never changed, and this ONE THING makes me believe in what I do and make me be who I am. This ONE THING is THE TRUE MOMENT. It is real. It happens only once. It stays forever. Therefore, for me, a perfect photo is a capture of the TRUE MOMENT which will keep and tell the story. TRUE MOMENT is my inspiration for shooting every single photo. It’s not just a shooting style…it’s beyond a signature…it is my honest to capture the once in a lifetime moment that I fell in love since the beginning and I will continue my journey as a man who loves capturing the moments. Wedding Photographer captures quite moment as the bridesmaid looks timidly out before entering the scene
Weddings can be chaotic, noisy affairs where emotions are displayed publicly, so one of your biggest challenges that day can be capturing that quiet, intimate side. Trust, anticipation, skilled observation, savvy lens selection and a host of other judgments make it possible to bag those poignant moments in images that recall the day for those in attendance, and reveal a story for those who were not. It is all part of the unique value proposition that our members bring to wedding photojournalism.Read more
Photo of the Bride & Groom with the guests caught in the rain running for cover.
You will be told some traditions — Hindu, Maltese — consider rain a good omen on a wedding day. You will be told a wet knot is harder to untie. You may — correctly — think that if the two of you can face the day's elements with aplomb and grace, you're more likely to face life's challenges with strength and flexibility. The truth is, you can plan for the possibility of rain on your wedding day . (If it's an outdoor wedding and depending on the climate, in...Read more

Philippe Swiggers, of , is a wedding photographer for Puglia
While wedding party stereotypes still exist, most people realize there’s more to being a bridesmaid than looking beautiful, more to being a groomsman than adding life and excitement to the reception party. But even the bride and groom might not fully understand just how helpful these roles can be, long after the train is bustled and the speeches are given. With a little direction (and not that much effort), members of the wedding party can facilitate great wedding photojournalism —a favor that...Read more
