Born in 1975 I have already been devoted to photography for years until my first wedding shoot made me discover how much fun and challenging wedding photography could be. Based near Frankfurt in the heart of Germany and being married since 2017, I am usually busy with all kinds of people and animal photography with various publications in professional journals. A lighting workshop on the Mediterranean island of Malta in 2006 was the starting point for a series of workshops and destination photography for me. Since 2009 I'm very much concentrating on wedding photography, mostly combining vivid wedding coverages with glamour-style-like portraits. Over the years I have developed a light shooting style with as less intervention as possible using elements from various fields of photography, always looking for new ideas and techniques.
