France Elopement and Wedding Photographer Hong-Phuc Bui, for Bretagne

My name is Hong-Phuc, but call me HP. It's much easier to remember, but also to pronounce. Especially since it sounds pretty good, while recalling a famous brand of computers that I will not mention the name, Harry Potter or HP sauce. I'm a photographer, and I like martial arts and table tennis. A little cliche, you say. I'm French Wedding photographer in Brittany based Côtes-d'Armor area and close to Saint Brieuc. All the most moving moments that life can offer are my inspiration and make me vibrate. So I chose to share with you the happiness, simply. Listen, discover, exchange ... and sit on a bench to contemplate people, life landscapes. Most often with my camera in hand, and sometimes without. I like to enjoy the moment, the spontaneity of expressions, the magic of a gesture or a look. And beyond photography, I also like to share these moments with you. Emotion - natural - spontaneous wedding photographer For that, I opted for a natural, spontaneous and lively photographic style that suits me as a person and a wedding photographer. The captured photos are always taken on the spot with spontaneity and sensitivity. Every detail is important, and some tend to make the day of your wedding or your photo shoot absolutely unique. Cotes-d'Armor wedding and elopement photographer Patrick Lombaert - Brittany France

From a Japanese mother born in Brazil and a Corsican father, I am a child of the world. Diversity is obviously a wealth and it is also what makes each of us unique. Happy married and daddy of two lovely kids, I am naturally animated by exchange and sharing. Each meeting is, therefore, a great openness to the world. I endeavor to produce wedding and elopement images without any artifice and faithful to the precious slices of life that you offer me. My first concern is indeed to get photos as you are, hence my lifestyle approach. I, therefore, propose to you my gaze on your future moments of happiness. If my images appeal to you and my approach speaks to you, I would be glad if we discussed your photographic expectations, whether it be around a beer, a coffee, by telephone, skype or by email. Portrait of Finistère Wedding Photographer Maelle Bernard of Brittany France

I am Maëlle, 30 years old and I am the happy mother of two little treasures. Photography has always had a very important place in my life. Since childhood, I love to immerse myself in the old photographs of my parents and grandparents to travel back in time and imagine their stories and their magical lives. It made me want to capture moments of mine by taking inspiration from the beautiful and sweet nature that surrounds me, my friends, my travels around the world, and my family. Today, I propose to follow you in writing your story, photographing your daily life and your magical moments in a good mood and in a natural and gentle way. I favor the snapshot and shooting "live" rather than too much-posed scenes. I like natural light and play with the rays of the sun. I carry out wedding reports as well as family, maternity and newborn photo sessions in the Quimper region and its surroundings. Feel free to contact me for more information. Melbourne wedding and elopement photography by Gaelle Le Berre of Victoria, Australia

My name is Gaelle and I am a professional wedding photographer with studies in Applied Arts (Nantes, France), Graphic Arts (Quimper, France) and a Diploma in Applied Photography (RMIT, Melbourne) under my belt. I am passionate about everything I do as a wedding photographer: from creating a great working rapport with my clients to ensure their special day is as relaxed and free-flowing as possible; to artfully capturing the pure emotions, small gestures and loving details of this day in the most natural and reflective way. In addition to my great passion for capturing life’s most beautiful moments on film, I proudly possess many years of experience and prestigious photography awards - both at home and abroad. My fervour for photography came to light when I was 15 years old and began experimenting with the process of developing photos in a dark room. In that moment, I discovered my passion for encapsulating real life in the art of film, a passion which only continued to grow as I did. I began my professional career within photography at the age of 21, where I worked as a photojournalist for Boston’s Canton Newspaper in the USA, acting as a mirror to the world. Aspiring to develop my technique and expertise within photography, I then furthered my studies at RMIT in Melbourne, Australia where I won two greatly prestigious awards for my work (Victorian Photography Student of the Year, 2001 - Gold and Silver awards). Highly-qualified and ready to take on the world, I returned to Europe and became actively involved in several projects in London with well known companies such as London Dungeons, Tesco and Vittel. I was later hired as a photo technician at Tapistry MM - a large lab in SoHo - where I was responsible for all C41 development, applying traditional darkroom techniques of colour and development. During this unforgettable time in my life, I rubbed shoulders and worked with the biggest names in fashion and music photography, including; Kevin Westemberg, Miles Aldridge, Kevin Westemberg, Derek Henderson and many others. This exhilarating career path has led me to the life I currently lead. After four years at home in France, working as a photo sales technician and dedicating myself to my family of five, I am now living out my dream job as a professional photographer. Still to this day nothing thrills me more than the challenge of capturing each individual couple’s special day in the most organic and unrestrained way. To be able to capture more than a picture - to capture a moment, a feeling, a thought - that is what I live for. [Melbourne Wedding Photographer]

I am an English photographer originally from London and have been based in Nantes, western France for the last 15 years. I have been shooting weddings for over a decade in my own personal style: a marriage of British humour and French romance! Reportage photography is what comes naturally to me, and what I do best. I follow my visual instinct in capturing the flow of events that constitute the rhythmic journey of a wedding day. Passionate about photographing people, I seek to express the spontaneity and full force of emotion that truly define a wedding as a once in a lifetime experience. Being completely bilingual, my cultural and communication skills allow English-speaking couples, getting married in France, to feel totally at ease in front of the camera, essential for creating natural and dynamic photos. Aside from covering weddings, I have worked in the UK and France in the fields of social, documentary and travel photography and am a regular contributor to national press publications such as Capital, Le Point and Le Nouvel Observateur. I am also a teacher of photography to graphic design students. [Vertou Wedding Photographer]

Pierre-Yves Queignec is a Paris wedding photographer for France

The creative and graphic sense of my pictures is for me a constant obsession, I play with lights, shadows, composition, speed, and colors. I do my best to deliver as many beautiful pictures as possible. Before the wedding, it is important for me to meet both of the bride and groom in order to build a bond of trust which will allow the couple to feel comfortable in front of me and my camera during the wedding day : the goal, as always is to capture natural moments of love, happiness, emotion, and complicity between the bride and groom. In love with my city (and also my wife!), I know Paris like my pocket and I love shooting love sessions, elopement weddings or engagement sessions with the couples in secret places in the "Paris des Lumières! » I am used to traveling in the countryside and also abroad if the future bride and groom need me to travel with them. I speak English, Italian, Spanish if you don't feel comfortable in French and, of course, I can travel as far as your wedding will bring you (even to the Moon and back)! [Paris Wedding Photographer]

We all know that the economy can go through some hard times, and be somewhat reminiscent of past recessions. However, as people cut back on non-essential little luxuries here and there, one constant remains: weddings. People don’t tend to just stop getting married due to a poor economy, nor should they! So, in an industry that keeps on going through thick and thin, what are some things to expect for the future, and what is really necessary to still make that wedding day memorable and...Read more

Everyone always says that your wedding day is all about you. But let’s face it; that’s not always actually the case. Many couples stress over guest lists, planning, expenses, and all the frills and traditions of your standard large wedding that they may or may not even be interested in. Fortunately, though, the concept of small weddings is becoming increasingly popular for couples who either want to be able to completely customize their day where and when they want with the option...Read more

Oftentimes when people are considering a venue for their weddings, they search for a location away from home, whether that be ten minutes or ten hours, all just to find what they already have: a place that holds meaning for them, that feels comfortable, or that they find special and memorable. But what could hold more memory, meaning, and importance than your own home? For those looking for that perfect venue, it may not be any further than beyond your threshold.Read more
While some of us were fortunate enough to be born as extroverts, not everyone feels the same way. For a good chunk of the population, any number of the typical wedding day traditions can inspire anxiety and existential dread. This day is all about you, yes, but does that mean all the attention has to be on you as well? FROM VOWS TO CHITCHAT, WHICH REMAINS SACRED? Traditional weddings often require some degree of performance on the part of the couple, whether that is in the form of reciting...Read more
WHAT EXACTLY DOES IT MEAN TO ELOPE? If you look up the definition of “elope” in the Merriam-Webster dictionary , you’ll find a plethora of meanings making it quite clear how polarizing the word has become, and how it has transformed and evolved with the passage of time and even personal preference.Read more

Some couples, as they begin planning for their weddings, might think that they are limited to the classic locations: churches, gardens, beaches, or even Las Vegas. But in doing so they’re missing out on a multitude of unique options that might suit their personalities much better! Why limit yourself to a quiet, quaint ceremony when your adventurous heart may be calling out for something more?
