Shooting an elopement or small Basel-Stadt wedding event is a wedding photojournalist’s dream: a fairly open schedule with lots of breathing space for creativity – it’s just the photographer, the couple, the officiant, and perhaps a few select companions.
Members are ready to document any town hall, pop-up, civil ceremony, or elopement wedding, even if it is a Monday-Thursday ceremony. Search for the “Can Shoot Weddings on Short Notice!” message on the listings below.
We are anxious to create a picture story chronicling your symbolic, romantic, casual, small wedding from beginning to end. In this sense, it is no different from any other event that we have covered. The emphasis is on documenting key moments, capturing spontaneous displays of emotion, telling your real love story, as well as creating artistic portraits and details.

I am a Swiss professional wedding photographer. When shooting a wedding, I focus mainly on spontaneous and real pictures. During the last 10 years I’ve shoot more than 200 weddings all around Switzerland. I hope to hear from you soon! Bye, Vincent [Bern Wedding Photographer]
My name is Anastasia Arrigo and I am a wedding photographer - I have specialized exclusively in weddings because wedding photography is my passion. I was born and raised in Riga (Latvia). Since 1998 I live in Switzerland and for more than 10 years in one of the most beautiful and cozy towns in Switzerland, Bremgarten AG. I am happily married and mother of two wonderful children. Maybe I'll disappoint you, but I was not born with the camera in my hand and no, I did not find an old camera of my father in my childhood and since then I can not let go of photography. No, on the contrary, I started taking pictures pretty late. I taught myself everything, from the first small digital camera to the ultrazoom camera and on to the first SLR camera. Now I shoot with 2 Canon 5D Mark 3 cameras. Since 2011 I photograph weddings and since that time I have visited different workshops of my favorite photographers. [Aargau Wedding Photographer]
What I like in the work of wedding photographer is to be able to tell a story through my photos. My goal is to make the most beautiful images possible, with a real aesthetic research. My goal is that the bride and groom can flip through their album for many years always taking the same pleasure. I'm part of this new generation of wedding photographers who want to dust off the genre. I do not like the photos of 20 years ago with a stuck groom who does not know what to do and a bride with a frozen smile. It must be spontaneous, funny, alive and that it speaks of love.
