The couple chose a small mountain top as their ceremony spot, to take in the glorious views as they hiked up, and celebrated their love with a beautiful sunset ceremony

The couple found the perfect spot at Taft Point in Yosemite National Park, California to get married.

These guys came all the way from Illinois to get married in Yosemite National Park! They started planning this three months prior to the initial stages of COVID. The park was temporarily closed and travel was uncertain, but they kept their eye on the goal of getting married at Taft Point.

Everything was planned and ready to go, they were just waiting for the thumbs up from the park. Then suddenly the news came that it would reopen in July - everything was ready to go! Fast forward to the day itself, both the bride and the groom got ready together at an Airbnb nearby, where they read letters from their family and had a first look. They then traveled to the park to take in all the glorious views before taking the hike up to Taft Point for their sunset ceremony. Nothing could describe the last light upon Taft - it was the perfect end for this perfect couple.
