A small, intimate wedding was held near a bamboo garden, creating a romantic and peaceful atmosphere

Jennifer and Javier had plans to elope long before the current situation arose. After spending many years in an apartment that they both loved, they opted to have me capture a little bit of them getting ready knowing they would soon be moving to another state. With just four wedding guests and an officiant, we headed to Rutgers Gardens in New Brunswick, New Jersey for their elopement ceremony. They chose the spot that felt good to them, took their positions, and started their ceremony. A simple, but heartfelt ceremony took place and their friends joined us as we walked around Rutgers Gardens for some portraits.
