The bride and groom arrived at their small wedding ceremony, walking through the streets together, a beautiful moment to remember forever

Alex, Zara, and their baby daughter arrive for their wedding ceremony at the Hull Guildhall.

I photographed Zara and Alex's small wedding last year. Zara is a florist so she works in the wedding industry. Alex is a tattoo artist. The day was so beautifully intimate. It was also unique. It's not often I am able to photograph a bride being tattooed by her groom minutes after the wedding ceremony.

I have included only documentary moments. No posing or staging. This is how we always work and why I love photographing weddings.

I think this is one of my favorite weddings ever and just goes to show that intimate occasions can be just as beautiful as larger weddings.

Zara crosses an eerily empty road, which is usually busy. Zara is on the way back to the car. Alex - out of shot - is catching up as he left his car keys at the tattoo studio. He calls after Zara and she turns, smiling, back to him.
