Wedding photography from an intimate elopement celebration at the historic Bronte Hotel in Harare, Zimbabwe
I saw this beautiful light coming through the mature trees at this historic hotel venue and waited for a good moment to make use of it. The groom didn't speak loud enough and had to repeat his answer - which made for a funny moment.
This shy couple invited only their nearest and dearest to an intimate wedding celebration at the historic Bronte Hotel in Harare, Zimbabwe. After the ceremony, the guests were treated to a great spread of delicious food. A few emotional speeches were presented and then a good celebration on the dance floor.
The bride had her 3 daughters and 2 best friends to help get her dressed. A lot of hands to help her look beautiful.
One of the bride's daughters shed a tear during the wedding ceremony.

The bride's daughters walk past one of the historic old doors of this hotel while the bride and groom look on.
The hotel is filled with beautiful indigenous trees and plants that has matured with the history of the venue. I made use of these greenery for one of the couple's portraits.
After an emotional speech, a toast was raised to the bride and groom.
The bride and groom open up the dance floor. It was outside so I made use of some creative lighting and photographic tricks to make it a bit more interesting.
