With all the uncertainty of finding a new venue in the pandemic, how many guests could come, the possibility of thunderstorms, and this modern-day plague, Nick and Kimberly pulled off a freaking fabulous wedding day!

With few guests able to attend, they kept it simple with parents, siblings, and a few friends at the Summit Manor venue in St Paul. The mansion-style venue with beautiful landscape and gorgeous mature trees set the perfect scene for the quaint ceremony among the guests and live-stream audience in attendance.

After the ceremony, the guests were able to sneak inside for champagne and treats. With bubbles in hand, Kimberly and Nick stood on the grand staircase in the Summit Manor as kind words were shared from their family in a few short and sweet toasts. Following this, the crew headed to dinner at Nonna Rosa’s Italian Restaurant where Nick had proposed, and then stopped by the Wicked Wort Brewing Company for their celebratory first beer as a married couple.

By then, the sun was fully shining on the Summer Solstice and as fate would have it, there was a live band playing on the patio of the brewery. So among the chaos, they were even able to have an impromptu first dance highlighting that the best kind of romance is always improvised.
