Historic Park Ranch Home Wedding Venue photography of the first dance

The bride and groom had a small outdoor wedding with live violin music and a special first dance

Their first dance was a sweet event with live violin as the music.

Lacy contacted me months ago asking about an intimate, family-only elopement due to their original wedding plans being canceled by the pandemic. She researched a few places and ultimately decided on the Dangberg Historic Ranch, an old private heritage site in Minden, NV. Surrounded by the Sierra Nevada mountains, the ranch provided a beautiful setting and backdrop for their intimate elopement ceremony surrounded by the people they love the most.

Her family brought everything - the chairs, the music, and tables. They arrived in their trucks with the decorations and got to work extremely efficiently in setting up her ceremony chairs and the wedding aisle. It's so sweet how everyone came together to make this small wedding ceremony extremely special. You can tell how much everyone loved and supported each other: from the small moments before the ceremony as they are holding hands, to the look on Lacy's face as she is walking down the aisle with her two fathers. After the ceremony, Lacy and Sam shared an intimate first dance on the grounds where they just got married. Intimate wedding ceremonies are what you want them to be.
