The couple shared their first dance on their deck at their July 4th elopement brunch.
Angela and Jeff planned a simple backyard brunch for their wedding on July 4th. They encouraged their close family and friends to dress in red, white, and blue to celebrate with them - and they delivered! Everything took place at their home, which kept everyone relaxed and in good spirits.
Their marriage was a blend of their two families, and their sons played a big part in every part of their day. The shaded deck was perfect for their ceremony, and guests were sipping mimosas as they watched the couple say their vows, exchange rings, and release doves.
Then it was time to party, with a first dance and plenty of sweets - a cupcake tower was a huge hit with all the guests, but especially the boys! Because Angela and Jeff did away with the big venue, wedding party, plated dinner and many of the other trappings of a traditional wedding, they were able to choose all the traditions and personal touches that meant the most to them. The couple was surrounded by loving faces and they had exactly the intimate wedding that they'd dreamed of.
