  • This image had me transfixed in a puzzled gaze far longer than I'd like to admit. I can't say I ever truly figured it out. But somewhere along the way I had a good laugh at myself as I considered the fool's ransom I followed, for the photo nor the moment it bestowed needn't care for such travail. It was as it had been, when I first laid eyes upon it, the same in its self-assuredness.
