  • Composition, lighting and a special moment make this a winner. It's a common scene made wonderful by those “wish me luck” fingers. This is a story-telling image in a true moment of levity; a woman's hope for what is to come made visual as she moves from fiancée to bride. Delightful photo, appealing composition and superior light. This photograph has so much going for it---really love the gesture of clearly the bride's fingers crossed. But I love the ambiguity of the fact that you can't see her face. The light is beautiful.
