Bio: With more than twenty years of photography experience, my background includes fine arts, fashion and photojournalism. My photographs are widely published around the world and have received many prestigious awards, including First Prize in the World Press Photo competition and nomination for the Pulitzer Prize. I earned a diploma in photography while in Russia and hold certificates from the International Center of Photography (ICP) in New York and the Rochester Institute of Technology. My photographs are part of the collections of the New York Public Library, the Museum of the City of New York, the Museum Of Modern Art and numerous private collections. A wedding is a very significant and emotional event, and my approach is to make it as stress-free as possible.

Bio: A photographer since the age of 15, Jason Groupp attended the Fashion Institute of Technology's intensive photography program while receiving hands-on experience shooting weddings for Rockland County's Bass Photography. After graduation, Jason expanded his portfolio to include commercial and editorial work. Soon his expertise for clients like J. Crew, Conair/Cuisinart and Men's Health began to inform his wedding photography, which led to a distinctly intimate editorial style that has earned Jason a coveted spot as one of The Knot's 2007 "Best of Weddings" Pick.

Bio: After photography and media studies in Sweden, I moved to London, England to work for a photographer and editor with Creative Monochrome. In 2000 I finished photography studies at the Stockholm Art School and moved to Tucson, AZ to work for a number of commercial photographers. Bio: Parris Whittingham is a wedding photographer located in Manhattan, New York. His goal as an artist is to explore human emotion and empathy through photography. He first became passionate about photography when he was living in Brazil as an exchange student. The family he stayed with was home to a real "old school" photographer--an elderly man who exposed all of his own images in the bathroom, which he converted into a full-scale darkroom. This man's passion, joy and excitement about photography was amazing.

Parris made it his business to learn from this man and begin searching for his own voice as a photographer. Parris quickly discovered that photojournalism served his need to work unobtrusively. An avid photographer since childhood, she graduated from Wesleyan University with high honors in 2001, and furthered her artistic studies at Parsons in New York City. Bio: Photojournalist Dan Loh is a Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer with about 15 years of real photojournalism experience. Loh is a former staff photographer with the Associated Press working in four different bureaus in the United States. With an extensive travel schedule, Loh's AP photos have been published in virtually every single daily U.S. newspaper and most news magazines such as Time, Newsweek, Life, and U.S. News and World Report.
