Bio: Mindy Myers studied photography and art at the University of California Santa Barbara before finishing her journalism degree at Drake University, where her photography won several national awards. Her eclectic education and experience have resulted in a signature style of photography that distinguishes all of her work. She was awarded three first-place finishes in the WPJA's 2005 contests resulting in a third-place standing for the 2005 Photographer of the Year award. Mindy works out of Des Moines, Iowa where she lives with her husband and daughters.
Bio: Gary is a photojournalist with more than 25 years of experience. A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, he has been published in major newspapers, magazines and books. Gary has recently left the newspaper industry to freelance and concentrate on documenting weddings.

Bio: Wendy tells stories full of feeling, poetry, and humor. Her background includes a career as a reporter and photojournalist
with CNN, ABC, and The Washington Post, where she honed skills as a documentary photographer. Throw in her love of urban fashion photography and modern lifestyle portraiture and her clients get wedding coverage with a sophisticated, contemporary look. Her major influences are Bambi Cantrell, for fashion photography and David Williams, for classic portraiture, with whom she has studied.
Wendy won a Peer Choice award for Best Wedding Photography from the Professional Photographers of America in 2003. Her work has appeared in The Knot magazine, Minnesota Monthly, and People Magazine. Her education includes a BA in film/photography from Syracuse University. At home in Minnesota, she loves destination weddings and has worked in Canada, Bermuda, London, Rome, Barcelona, Cozumel and major US cities.

Bio: Rachael received her Bachelor of Arts in Photojournalism from Columbia College Chicago in 1999. She had three internships in the newspaper industry with the Pioneer Press, Chicago Tribune and Visual Edge 1998. Rachael began her photography business under the name Rachael Silvers Photography in 2001 and recently changed the business name to Metropolitan Imageworks to compliment her husband's video production company. Rachael is a top ten placement winner in two quarterly competitions through the WPJA.
Bio: Steve Warmowski brings the experience of nearly 20 years as a photojournalist to his wedding photography. The Chicagoan started at the University of Illinois in physics but soon figured out making pictures was more fun. He photographed at the Daily Illini, had internships at newspapers in Saginaw and Muskegon, Michigan, and worked in LaSalle-Peru, Freeport and Decatur before becoming photo editor in Jacksonville. Steve has freelanced for national newspapers, his pictures have run in national magazines and his images have been exhibited in gallery shows. He has contributed to books, and served as a state coordinator for the America 24/7 book project.
Steve's talents have garnered awards at state, national and international levels. He's been recognized as one of the top ten photographers in Illinois and the Midwest through the Illinois Press Photographers Association's and National Press Photographers Association's monthly contests. He's won annual awards from the IPPA, Illinois Press Association and Illinois Associated Press Editors Association; been recognized in national NPPA contests; won for editing in the Pictures of the Year International contest; and even garnered a top state writing award for a feature on Haitian missionaries.
Steve is married to Tiffany, a designer and photographer who formerly worked at the Jacksonville newspaper and now is a Sign Language interpreter, fitness instructor and WeightWatchers leader. They live in Jacksonville (near Springfield) with their former stray dog, Kanon. They love to visit family in Chicago and to travel and stay with friends across the country and in Europe.
Bio: Glen has been a photojournalist for over 20 years, covering the world‚s celebrations and triumphs for news organizations in New York, Florida, Washington, DC and currently for the Star Tribune in Minneapolis. He has photographed presidents and kings, peewee football games and kindergarten ballet classes. Assignments have taken him to Central America, India and China. He is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BA in Photojournalism and has won numerous awards in his career for photography and picture editing.
