JUDGES COMMENTS: The enjoyable feel of this picture just kept me coming back again and again to study it. The frame is full of faces... all of them happy. Not over-the-top wild and wacky happy, but a more subdued joy. The black-and-white well-toned image and good use of a more shallow depth-of-field really made this image rise to the top.
