JUDGES COMMENTS: This picture says wind better than all the blow-apart umbrella pictures in the world. Those tablecloths are dancing in the wind, and the photographer was there to record the performance. The photographer brought a brain, too, and made sure that the tables were arranged nicely on their stage so we could appreciate the grace and beauty of the moment.
