Chris learned some of these skills as a photographer with the U.S. Navy and his current position as a photojournalist for the News Time in Danbury, CT. Since Chris works as a photographer on a daily basis, it helps train him to be ready when the moment arises. They’re here and then they’re gone forever.

That natural approach to photography is what Chris calls environmental portraiture. He sees the couple and their family in a real setting, capturing true moments. That warmth will lead to a collection of candid moments captured one after another to document a warm and special day.

Chris photographs only 20 weddings a year making each one unique. Chris’s other work, editorial and commercial photography, form an encompassing circle with his wedding photography so that each aspect of the work improves the others.,
