Ashley Coombes
Ashley Coombes developed his relaxed and observational style of photography over 15 years working as a photojournalist for national newspapers and magazines, most notably as the photographer of choice for The Times in Scotland. He founded Epic when he moved to Scotland in 1998 to help The Times launch their Scottish edition. In 2008 he began Epic Private Commissions with his wife Anna which they run from their home in the Trossachs, Stirlingshire within easy reach of Glasgow and Edinburgh. His work is now split between corporate commissions in Scotland and a growing number of family and wedding commissions across the UK - predominantly in Scotland but with a special emphasis on London, Sussex and the Cotswolds.
