Published in national magazines such as Oprah, National Geographic Traveler, People, Yankee, New England Travel & Life, Coastal Living, Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors, and Down East, and with work appearing in calendars, on book covers, in the America 24-7 series, and even on a jigsaw puzzle and cocktail napkins, Michele is an award-winning photojournalist. She earned the "photojournalist" label with ten years of staff photographer experience at daily newspapers in Maine, Mississippi, and Alabama.
