I grew up in England where I spent my childhood years exploring the woods near my family home. Those trees enchanted me. I used to sit and watch the rays of light move through the woods for hours.

In 1995 I brought my first camera when I started a GCSE in photography. From that point I knew it would be my career. I continued my education with a BTEC n.d, followed by a BA hons degree at University. On all three occasions I achieved the highest grade possible. Read More...

Following, I moved to London where I founded my company Stephenson Imagery. During these early years I freelanced for several regional and national news publications and traveled solo to many countries throughout Africa and Europe.

In 2006, I returned from a yearlong trip across Africa and brought back a French girl who was later to become my wife. A year later we moved to France where we live in Normandy today.

I’ve never lost that love for travel, adventure, natural light and the instant moment. These are the elements that drive my photography. I seek something new, unique, in each wedding I cover. Maybe I’ll find this in the location, theme, personality, or, that moment you could never plan.,
