I have been an accidental photojournalist since I was a kid. My grandparents bought me my first camera, a Polaroid, which I brought with me everywhere freezing moments in time, filling up albums and going through film cartridges one by one.

While working on my bachelor's degree in psychology, I filled my electives with courses in photography. Originally trained in film, I trained my eye to find captivating moments that would deserve a slot on a 36 exposure film strip, which is no easy task.
