Nathaniel West operates West Photography in Mattoon, Illinois, and focuses on authenticity, artistry and storytelling. For more than 12 years, Nathaniel worked as a newspaper photojournalist and writer as well as a professional wedding and portrait photographer, so candid and creative camera work is second nature to him. Nathaniel also has a passion for artistry, which he inherited from his father, Bill West, a photographer, musician and theatre educator. Nathaniel typically covers more than 40 weddings per year, throughout Illinois and sometimes in other areas of the country.
