"We just saw the wedding galleries. I cannot say enough wonderful things about your work, Neil!! I really wanted a photographer with a background in photojournalism that would capture that candid essence of the day and not just confine...more " his or her vision to posed portraiture (although I really wanted that too). I also wanted a photographer with an architectural background who could showcase the beautiful venue that is the Arena Stage. You exceeded my expectations tenfold!!! From the beginning, you were enthusiastic, supportive and professional. Even before the wedding, you worked diligently with my lighting design team, at The Arena Stage, to ensure that we were captured in the most flattering light and that our vision would translate well into a photographic story of the ceremony and the wedding day. Your assistant was a charismatic and vivacious compliment to your own unique skills. You and she were so unobtrusive, that we felt as though you were special guests who were so excited to be a part of this important moment in our life. But when we saw the pictures---OH MY GOD--it was clear that you were not guests or casual observers, but that you had worked very hard, but effortlessly it seemed, to capture every important moment and detail of the day. We didn't even realize just how much there was to cover and to see, until we saw our wedding galleries. The photographs are spectacular and poignant. My only regret is that that we don't have enough walls in our home to hang our favorites everywhere. When you plan something special, you want to be surrounded by a team that is supportive, professional, competent, creative and zealous! I am so grateful to you for your talent, your wonderful contributions and your creative spirit. I can't wait to work with you, again, for my next special moment.
