Laura grew up in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. and developed an interest in photojournalism while attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduating with a degree in Political Science and Journalism and stints at The Seattle Times and the San Francisco Chronicle as a photography intern, Laura settled in San Francisco to begin her freelance career. Laura regularly works for news clients and loves the change of pace photographing a wedding offers her.,
