I worked at newspapers around the U.S. including The Dallas Morning News before making the transition to freelancing with a focus on wedding photography. Nowadays, I photograph an average of 20 weddings per year around Iowa and the Midwest and fill in my weekdays with assignments from clients including The New York Times, USA Today and Getty Images.
