Karen and her husband, Nathan, are a WPJA award-winning husband-wife team. In addition to wedding photography, Karen has an interest in fashion photography including fashion bridal. She has experience as both a runway and print model and uses her talent in front of the camera to help coach her brides from behind the lens so they look and feel fabulous. Karen studied fine-art photography at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and she's photographed over 150 weddings with her husband since 2006.

The Wedding Photojournalist Association proudly recognizes the accomplishments and creative excellence of Karen Bridges. The following awards have been earned by Karen from the WPJA. These achievements come with great merit considering the high level of competition that a member faces in the contests.
