Carrie Pratt
Carrie has been studying photojournalism and working as a documentary photographer for the past 10 years. A graduate of Western Kentucky University's acclaimed photojournalism program, Carrie has had the opportunity to travel around the world and find herself experiencing many adventures along the way. Her work has been recognized nationally in competitions such as the Hearst Competition, the Atlanta Photojournalism Seminar, and Pictures of the Year. She has also been published in many major daily newspapers and magazines such as Time, the New York Times, the San Francisco Chronicle, and Newsweek. Through her company, Simply Blue Studios, Carrie has been commissioned to photograph weddings around the country and finds documenting weddings so rewarding. Her unobtrusive style allows her to document the moments and convey the story of the wedding day.
