Jaime Viera is an international, award-winning wedding photographer based in San Diego, California. Jaime discovered a love for photography while pursuing her passion for traveling the world. On each trip she returned with an impressive collection of images - capturing the spirit of the world, it's people and their cultures. Jaime earned a degree in Genetics and Biochemistry from the University of Otago in New Zealand to satisfy her thirst for knowledge of nature, life and how things work. Jaime's science background now manifests itself through the lens - by stepping back to watch how the world works, she carefully composes life's subtle details to tell a complete story in a single image. Jaime and her husband, Dennis, own Viera Photographics and work together on every job. Jaime, Dennis and their son, Alex travel all over the world photographing people making life commitments to each other, and in the process their relationship with each other becomes stronger. When she's got some down-time, Jaime can be found immersed in all things family and has an insatiable travel bug that keeps the family on the road (or in the sky) about half their lives. She also enjoys rollerskating and dangerously spicy cuisine.,
