This image was a bit of a gamble - in order to expose them perfectly in the pool of light, I could really only take two photos of them on their way out of the ceremony. It paid off.

The groom, from Ireland, stopped for a few (okay several) pints before the ceremony - I tagged along to make some great images as he spent time with his brothers and nephews. They sat close to the window and I took advantage of the diffused natural light.

This bride was in a terrible car accident a few years before her wedding, and her father was very clear about how grateful he was to see her health and happiness on her wedding day. So I waited for a quiet moment and this tender expression emerged.

The groomsmen were waiting for the bridesmaids to finish their touchups and I noticed this moment - groom in the middle - in a great position for a silhouette against the water. I had to quickly stop down to get the right look as the moment didn't last long.
