My interest in photography started in college - I took my first photo course and I was hooked. I would spend hours and hours in the...rkroom and I would immerse myself in the art. After college, I continued photography as a hobby, and friends who were getting married asked me if I would take some extra photos at their wedding because they knew I was a hobbyist. These same friends started coming back to me and were happier with my photos than with their hired photographer. Eclectic Images was begun.
In addition to photography, I have a background in graphic design which I employ with my album and postcard designs. I have been shooting weddings for almost 9 years and I LOVE my job. I have been published nationally in The Knot Magazine, regionally for many years running in The Knot Real Weddings Texas, and I have been awarded editors choice for the Best of the Knot for two years running.
I live in Austin with my husband Mike and my two Boston Terriers, Linus and Moo. In my spare time, I love to travel and do travel photography, decorate my home and shop for mid century modern furnishings and accessories, and read.Read More

For the last ten years I've provided wedding photography to Lafayette, Indiana and it's surrounding areas. I only photograph a dozen... so weddings a year. I believe in getting to know each couple well, which is nearly impossible when working with 40-50 couples a year. Married for 13 years and a father of two, I've also been a drummer for 20+ years.
