Wedding photographer for 20 years and 2 year consultant in Japan to teach wedding photojournalistic style to local photographers, my...ctures are often published in international press magazines. My two studio are based in Paris and in Provence.

Rebecca is an English photographer based on the Cote d'Azur in France. She sees a wedding assignment as a privileged opportunity. Creating...ages that capture the essence of this unique day - the people, their emotions and the beautiful places and light of Provence - inspires her greatly.
Originally a communications professional, she further developed her photographic skills (Central St Martin's College, London) before becoming freelance in 2006. Working for the NGO, corporate and press sectors in London and abroad, her instinct for photographing people in a natural way has been highly valued by clients.
Rebecca shoots a limited number of weddings every year, and continues her editorial and commercial work to maintain freshness of approach.
In 2007, Rebecca won the Press & Documentary category of the Professional Photographer of the Year award (Professional Photographer magazine, UK).Read More
Read More
I enjoy photographing weddings because they enable me to tell stories with pictures. As in my assignments for magazines and newspapers... try to capture those special moments and details that make the viewer feel as though he or she took part in the event. My background in the visual arts began in high school where I took an array of courses in photo, painting, drawing and sculpture. I later studied at the Danish School of Photojournalism and then moved to Paris where I interned at the VII Photo Agency. Read More
When I was small, my mother all the time photographed my brother and me in the garden. I think there my destiny was traced.
My brother...trice, became a photographer and I was his model. I was 14 years old.
I am a graduate of a trade diploma and of a relooking coach. The latter enabled me to develop my artistic direction in photography. At the beginning, my brother inspired me to find my style. Then I looked at many websites of the great names of photography and when I saw photojournalist photographers, I knew that is what I wanted to make.
Other than weddings, I also like to photograph models. I realize that I have the photojournalism in my skin, because even in my shooting I have this approach. I am not yet married but I know that when this day arrives, I would call upon a wedding photojournalist.
Read More
Bruno Cohen was born in Paris in 1968. His father, a professional photographer, gave Bruno his first camera when he was nine years...d. That gesture began a passion that Bruno has had ever since for photography. He went on to study graphic arts, then photography, graduating from Brussel’s (Belgium) Inraci Photography School in 1989. He opened his own studio in France in 1991.
Bruno married Anne in 1996, and they have two children: Pierre, born in 1996 and Sophie, in 2003. Having relatives in Florida makes it easy for Bruno and his family to travel often to the USA, where he not only photographs the people and the scenery but also perfects his English.
Bruno has developed his own style of non-posed pictures which tell a story. His penchant for black and white photos is a tribute to his admiration for French photographer Robert Doisneau and his journalistic style.
Besides documenting weddings, Bruno is a landscape panoramic photo addict. His work has been shown in several exhibits in Paris (Maison de la Photo), Senlis and Chantilly. He recently won the prestigious 2009 Portraitist of France award. This is his second time to be selected for this high honor for his portrait work.
His studio is presently located in Senlis, a charming medieval town. At a mere twenty minutes from Charles de Gaulle Paris Airport, visitors to France should definitely include it on their itinerary.Read More
For four generations, the passion for pictures has been an integral part of my family. My father instilled in me a thread of passion...r shooting (filmed and photographed). Of more my mother, who is a painter, has helped me to have a more graphic and professional vision. It is first by drawing and painting that I formed my eye. My studies in architecture and landscape confirmed my taste for the style of drawing and the numerical picture. In 2000, I bought my first digital camera. It is from this instant, that I understood the splendid power of the photo.
Read More
My passion for the pictures began when I was 14 years old. One day, just helping my mother to sort a bunch of old photos into some...x shoes. I saw shots of my family along a river, on the beach, my mother when she was 20 years old and in love with my father. It was just incredible for me. From this point I was interested in my father’s 6x9 Zeiss Ikon, or his new 24 x 36 Yashica.
I bought my first own camera with my first wage when I was a student in 1977. From that year on I was fully interested in photojournalism and especially work by the most known: Cartier Bresson, Depardon or even Brassai.
I had the opportunity to shoot a first wedding in 2006. I shoot also for advertising and fashion, illustration of travel. All these different light condition or assignments contributes to being able to work in a non planned situation. I am also a writer for a French editor for which I have written (with a co author) 2 books about Canon cameras (1000D and 5D MKII).
To complete the landscape, I share my passion with one of my 4 daughters. My wife spent a lot of time as a semi pro actress and novel writer, also giving her feelings as a mother, spouse and bride about my work.

I started shooting at age 11, when I got my hands on the first camera. Documentary photography caught my eye, starting with the cats...ports events, backyard views and my sister, who always ran away from the camera. The fact is, the photographer was born.
At age 14 I got acquainted with color photography. Actually, the images were not full color. They turned out to be blue and I still blame the Kodak minilab for that. Two years later the first success showed up: I received a FIAP (International Federation of Photographic Art) award.
During the last year of school I started to cheat on my love (the Photography) and accepted the proposal to work in television as a cameraman. I turned out to be too creative for broadcasting standards, so I left television and returned back to my old love (the Photography).
Since then, for the last 12 years, I have been walking hand in hand with photography, and will never let it go. The first wedding I shot was organized by the top wedding planners of that time, which was a lucky coincidence for me. However, I was still thrown in the middle of the high way of this business and had to find the way out myself, the only tools I had were my talent, the camera and a fine selection of lenses.
In year 2009 I discovered both North America and Australia, and the weddings there were a completely different story, I was stunned, and again all I had were my good old tools – my talent, the camera and even finer selection of lenses. I wouldn't trade the gained experience to anything.
During this time I've covered lots of wedding ceremonies and have learned that they are completely different; even though the wedding gown or the venue is the same, the result is always unique. Nevertheless I am in ongoing search for new angles, perspectives - the evolution never stops for me.Read More
